Counsel for the petitioner Shri S.K.Mishra submits that prayer no. 1 in the present petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the Advertisement has already been withdrawn.
So far as the prayer no. 2 is concerned, it is submitted that the State may be asked to publish the Advertisement and at that stage petitioner if required the petitioners shall press for prayer no. 2.
On his request the case is adjourned for ten days.

From this judgement it appears that advertisement ( due to inappropriate etc. as some issues raised by petitioner Kapil Yadav) is withdrawn and therefore prayer (concerned issues) is infructous.
