Heard Sri Shesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri A.K. Yadav, learned counsel for respondent no. 3 and learned standing counsel for the remaining respondents.
Petitioner has qualified the Teacher Eligibility Test but unfortunately she has become overage for appointment as an Assistant Teacher.
The Court cannot help the petitioner in any way as the Court has no power to alter the age limit fixed for appointment. This is the job of the legislature.
The writ petition is dismissed.
