26 अप्रैल को हुई सुनवाई का बहु प्रतीक्षित आदेश आ चुका है जो कि निम्न है:-

UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Let the matters be listed on 09.05.2016 along with other connected matters which have been directed to be listed on that day. Learned counsel for the parties are requested to file the written notes/submissions by that date. It is hereby made clear that the date is fixed for hearing the case on merits on that day.
