At many places TET Unions/Sangarsh Mocha are constituted. And some are going to make it big level.
Collective efforts are good.
But beware of cheaters as well. Ask to Union presidents make efforts to provide information through RTI
(Cost of Rs. 10) / And if collected already then disclose to you.
Money is not a matter but true spirit is required.
Some times your leader shakes hands with opposition / or lawyers to make your case loose.
And your leader don't work for his personal gain. He should be trustable enough, handle your issues.
Make a consent note can be a better idea for collective thoughts.
Instead of making website etc., your leader can provide his facebook details,make email list and to circulate all people. Why waste of money.
Many blog visitors commented that so many cases are ruining already in Court. Are these candidates ask for money to fight case in Court, And what kind of Union / Union leader.
A true leader not requires money, and he/she himself can fight for justice.
However if money really needed, then candidate's can work for such charity as they did for Holi, Diwali means a little one 50-100 rupees (stressing - really needed), Because many cheaters can make plans to cheat your Money.
Person who asks money, check his / her background profile, Does he deserve etc.
Did they perform any good work for you OR simply act as a leader to get profit of situation etc.
UPTET candidates can make 3-4 groups and can effort separately. So if someone cheats than you people have alternatives.
If your union leader work for his personal gain/self interest instead of consent the he/she is not trustable.
It may again create a Political System and Misuse of it can be possible.
Ask your leader to provide agenda of his/her work. Make consent note else don't support such leaders who can steal your money/work for political power.
