Check UP 29334 Merit list / UPTET Junior Teachers (JRT) 5th Counselling Merit list / Cutoff declared – In UP Basic Edu Board 5th couns., 20 times candidates will be called this time to fill the remaining seats. It is because approx. 5000 seats are still vacant. The board is preparing to conduct 5th co. on 20-21 October 2014. On 20 Oct. Science candidates couns. will be held while on 21 is of Math. The board had invited applications for 29334 posts of Mathematics and Science teachers in Govt. Schools. Huge number of candidates applied for these posts. The board had successfully conducted 4 counsl. of JRT teachers. 1st Counsl. was on 7-8, 2nd on 23-24 and third on 21-22 August and 4th on 18-19 Sept. 2014.

Now as per latest news, UP Basic Board is conducting 5th counselling on 20-21 October. The good news is that fifth counselling will be held at all district diets on 20-21 October 2014 for approx. 5000 remaining posts of UP 29334 Junior Recruitment. अंतिम फैसला अगली सुनवाई में होगा , फ़िलहाल अभ्यर्थन बकरार रखा गया है , लेकिन कोर्ट की कार्यवाही व नीचे लिखे ऑर्डर से साफ़ झलक रहा है कि
अंतिम फैसला दोनों में पात्रता बनाये रखेगा

ऐसे में अब कैंडिडेट्स दोनों भर्तियों में अपनी काउंसलिंग आसानी से करा सकते हैं :-

Prima facie, I am of the opinion that in the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners rightly contend that their claim for appointment on the post of Assistant teachers (Maths and Science) in Senior Basic Schools, can not be forfeited. As such, interest of justice would be served in providing that the claim of the petitioners for appointment on the post of Assistant teachers (Maths and Science) in Senior Basic Schools, shall remain alive till further orders of this Court.

Heard counsel for the petitioners, learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 & 5 to 9, Sri Neeraj Chaurasiya for respondent Nos. 4 & 14, Sri Vindhyawashini Kumar for respondent No. 12, Sri S.K. Yadav for respondent No. 10, Sri Ajay Kumar for respondent No. 13 and Sri Ghaus Beg on behalf of respondent No. 11.
They pray for and are granted four weeks for filing counter affidavit. The petitioners shall have two weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
List immediately thereafter.
The petitioners herein have applied for appointment on the post of Assistant Teachers (Mathematics and Science) in Senior Basic Schools (for short SBS). They were called for counselling. At the time of counselling, they submitted their original testimonials. In the meantime, the petitioners received intimation for counselling, as trainee teachers in Primary Schools, pursuant to another advertisement, for filling up vacancies of Assistant teachers in Primary Schools, run by the Board. In the said counselling, the condition was that the candidate has to submit his original certificates and testimonials. In order to participate in the said counselling, the petitioners requested the authorities, who have held the selection SBS to return their original testimonials. For returning the documents, the authorities imposed a condition for submitting affidavit to the effect that the petitioners will not stake claim for appointment in SBS. The case of the petitioners is that under compelling circumstances, they have furnished such an undertaking and whereupon, their original testimonials were returned to them. It is the admitted case of the petitioners that, thereafter, they have participated in the counselling for the trainee teacher in Primary Schools, where they had deposited their original testimonials.
In the meantime, a number of writ petitions were filed before this Court wherein, several directions were issued, one of which dated 26th September 2014 in Writ Petition No. 6390 (S/S) of 2014 - Neha Singh Versus State of U.P., mandated the Principal Secretary, Basic Education, to issue direction to Principals, DIET and District Basic Education Officers of the State to permit the candidates to participate in the counselling for trainee teachers on the basis of attested testimonials. The case of the petitioners is that pursuant to the said directions, the Principal Secretary, Basic Education, U.P. had issued a Circular, entitling the candidates to appear in the counselling for trainee teachers on basis of attested testimonials.
The petitioners, after having come to know of such general direction issued by this Court and the Circular issued in this regard by the Principal Secretary, Basic Education, U.P., has approached this Court by way of instant writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider their candidature for appointment as Assistant teachers in SBS on basis of counselling already held.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 & 4 submitted that the petitioners have already appeared in the counselling for appointment in SBS and have thereafter submitted their affidavit, giving up their claim. Now, they can not resile from the undertaking given by them.
It is not disputed that under the general direction issued by this Court on 26th September 2014 in Writ Petition No. 6390 (S/S) of 2014, the Principal Secretary, Basic Education, U.P. has issued a Circular whereunder, the candidates are now being permitted to participate in the counselling for the post of trainee teachers on basis of certified testimonials. Evidently, the petitioners have submitted their affidavit under compelling circumstances. Prima facie, I am of the opinion that in the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners rightly contend that their claim for appointment on the post of Assistant teachers (Maths and Science) in Senior Basic Schools, can not be forfeited. As such, interest of justice would be served in providing that the claim of the petitioners for appointment on the post of Assistant teachers (Maths and Science) in Senior Basic Schools, shall remain alive till further orders of this Court. Such of the petitioners as are willing to appear in the next round of counselling, shall be permitted to appear provisionally, on the basis of attested testimonials, without prejudice to their rights. The selection made, in the meantime, shall be subject to the decision of the writ petition .

इलाहाबाद (ब्यूरो)। प्रदेश सरकार की ओर से चल रही 72825 शिक्षकों की भर्ती में विशेष आरक्षित श्रेणी के रिक्त पदों को खाली रखा जाएगा। इन पदों को किसी दूसरी श्रेणी के अभ्यर्थियों से नहीं भरा जाएगा। विशेष आरक्षित श्रेणी में देखने, सुनने और चलने में असमर्थ स्वतंत्रता सेनानी आश्रित, भूतपूर्व सैनिक आश्रित अभ्यर्थी शामिल हैं। शासन की ओर से इस आशय का पत्र सभी जिला शिक्षण एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों के प्राचार्य को भेजा गया है।
शासन ने विशेष आरक्षित श्रेणी के पदों को किसी भी हाल में दूसरी श्रेणी से भरने से मना किया है। डायट इलाहाबाद के काउंसलिंग प्रभारी गोविंद राम ने बताया कि 16 एवं 17 अक्तूबर को दूसरी काउंसलिंग में अतिरिक्त घोषित किए गए 135 अभ्यर्थियों ने अपने प्रमाणपत्र वापस लिए।

उच्च प्राइमरी स्कूलों में पदोन्नति का आदेश जारी

लखनऊ। उच्च प्राइमरी स्कूलों में 29,334 विज्ञान-गणित शिक्षक के पद के लिए काउंसलिंग करा चुके अभ्यर्थियों की नियुक्ति का रास्ता साफ हो गया है। सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद संजय सिन्हा ने प्राइमरी स्कूल से उच्च प्राइमरी स्कूलों में सहायक अध्यापक के पद पर पदोन्नति संबंधी आदेश बृहस्पतिवार को जारी कर दिया है। उन्होंने कहा है कि विज्ञान-गणित के शिक्षकों के 29,334 पदों को छोड़कर शेष बचने वाले पदों पर पदोन्नति प्रक्रिया पूरी की जाएगी।
बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद के प्राइमरी स्कूलों के अध्यापकों को पदोन्नति देकर प्राइमरी में प्रधानाध्यापक या फिर उच्च प्राइमरी में सहायक अध्यापक बनाया जाता है। मौजूदा समय उच्च प्राइमरी स्कूलों में विज्ञान-गणित के 29,334 पदों पर सहायक अध्यापकों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया के लिए काउंसलिंग चल रही है। प्राइमरी के शिक्षकों उच्च प्राइमरी स्कूलों में पदोन्नति को लेकर हाईकोर्ट में वाद दाखिल कर रखा है। इसके चलते विज्ञान- गणित शिक्षकों के लिए काउंसलिंग के बाद भी नियुक्ति पत्र जारी नहीं हो पा रहा है। सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद ने कहा है कि अध्यापक सेवा नियमावली के आधार पर पदोन्नति प्रक्रिया यथाशीघ्र की जाएगी।

लखनऊ। प्राइमरी स्कूलों में 72,825 प्रशिक्षु शिक्षक तथा उच्च प्राइमरी स्कूलों में 29,334 सहायक अध्यापकों की भर्ती के लिए काउंसलिंग के दौरान अभ्यर्थियों को अब मूल प्रमाण पत्र जमा नहीं करने होंगे। अभ्यर्थियों को काउंसलिंग के दौरान इसे दिखाना तो जरूर होगा, लेकिन राजपत्रित अधिकारी से सत्यापित फोटोकॉपी ही जमा की जाएगी। सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा एचएल गुप्ता ने गुरुवार को इस आशय का शासनादेश जारी कर दिया है। बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग ने यह शासनादेश हाईकोर्ट के आदेश पर जारी किया है।

बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग ने प्राइमरी और उच्च प्राइमरी स्कूलों में भर्ती के लिए बीएड पास अभ्यर्थियों से आवेदन मांगे थे। कई अभ्यर्थियों ने प्राइमरी तथा उच्च प्राइमरी दोनों के लिए आवेदन कर रखा है या फिर कई-कई जिलों में आवेदन कर रखा है। मूल प्रमाण पत्र जमा करा लिए जाने से ऐसे अभ्यर्थी केवल एक ही जिले में काउंसलिंग करा पा रहे थे। कुछ अभ्यर्थियों ने हाईकोर्ट से अनुरोध किया था कि काउंसलिंग के दौरान मूल प्रमाण पत्र जमा करने की अनिवार्यता समाप्त की जाए। हाईकोर्ट ने अभ्यर्थियों के पक्ष में फैसला दिया।

सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा ने इसके आधार पर शासनादेश जारी करते हुए राज्य शैक्षिक अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षण परिषद (एससीईआरटी) के निदेशक को निर्देश दिया है कि काउंसलिंग के दौरान मूल प्रमाण पत्र न जमा कराए जाएं। नियुक्ति पत्र में उल्लेख किया जाए कि कार्यभार ग्रहण करते समय चयनितों को मूल प्रमाण पत्र अनिवार्य रूप से प्रस्तुत करना होगा जिससे छायाप्रति का उससे मिलान किया जा सके।

60 जिलों का ब्यौरा एनआईसी को

प्राइमरी स्कूलों में 72,825 प्रशिक्षु शिक्षकों की भर्ती के लिए दूसरे चरण की काउंसलिंग के बाद पात्र पाए गए अभ्यर्थियों का ब्यौरा 60 जिलों ने एससीईआरटी को भेज दिया है। एससीईआरटी ने इस ब्यौरे को नेशनल इन्फॉर्मेटिक सेंटर को दे दिया है। आगरा, औरैया, आजमगढ़, बदायूं, फीरोजाबाद, हरदोई, कुशीनगर, सहारनपुर, संभल, शामली, श्रावस्ती, सीतापुर, सिद्धार्थनगर व उन्नाव समेत 15 जिलों को शुक्रवार दोपहर 12 बजे तक अनिवार्य रूप से ब्यौरा भेजने का निर्देश दिया गया है।
