Despite that appointment letter has not been issued to the petitioners as the candidates having higher marks than that of the petitioners, have been allowed to participate in the fourth round of counseling and the entire result has been reshuffled.
Learned Standing counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 6 and Sri V.K. Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent nos. 4 and 5 pray for and are allowed three weeks time to file counter affidavit. One week, thereafter, for filing rejoinder affidavit.

In the meantime, appointment letter be issued to the petitioners by the respective DIETs after verification of their eligibility and after ascertaining the fact of appearance in the counseling as per their merits.
