मेरठ : एक समय था, जब बीटेक और एमबीए करने वालों को हाथोंहाथ रोजगार मिल जाता था, लेकिन आज ये डिग्री रोजगार की दौड़ में पिछड़ने लगी हैं। इसका असर तकनीकी और मैनेजमेंट कालेजों पर पड़ने लगा है। हालात यह हैं कि उत्तर प्रदेश प्राविधिक विश्वविद्यालय (यूपीटीयू) से संबद्ध तकनीकी कालेजों में दाखिला लेने वाले छात्रों की संख्या घटने लगी है।

पूरे प्रदेश में यूपीटीयू से संबद्ध कालेजों में विभिन्न कोर्स में दो लाख से अधिक छात्र-छात्राओं का दाखिला हो सकता है, लेकिन प्रदेश के कालेजों में मुश्किल से आधी सीट भी नहीं भर सकीं। मेरठ के तकनीकी कालेज में यूपीटीयू की काउंसिलिंग और सीधे एडमिशन के बाद भी चालीस फीसदी सीटों पर दाखिला हो पाया। यूपीटीयू के वार्षिक रिपोर्ट में वर्षवार छात्रों की संख्या देखें तो दो साल में ही इंजीनियरिंग और मैनेजमेंट कोर्स में छात्र-छात्राओं की संख्या कम हो गई है। सामान्य, ओबीसी, एससी से लेकर एसटी कैटेगरी तक के अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या घटी है।

जेईई मेन में भी कम हुए छात्र

जेईई मेन परीक्षा में पिछले साल 14 लाख 62 हजार छात्र-छात्राएं परीक्षा में बैठे थे। वहीं इस बार 13 लाख 56 हजार छात्र-छात्राओं ने परीक्षा दी। एक साल में ही जेईई मेन में बैठने वालों की संख्या कम हो गई है।

प्लेसमेंट न होना बड़ा कारण

निजी कालेजों में छात्रों की घटती संख्या का सबसे बड़ा कारण खराब प्लेसमेंट को माना जा रहा है। लाखों रुपये खर्च करने के बाद भी बीटेक और एमबीए के छात्रों को रोजगार के लाले पड़ जाते हैं। खराब प्लेसमेंट ने बीटेक और एमबीए से छात्रों का मोह भंग करना शुरू कर दिया है।

गुणवत्ता बढ़ाने पर जोर

अभी कुछ दिन पहले मेरठ में यूपीटीयू के कुलपति प्रो. आरके खांडाल ने कालेजों को शैक्षणिक गुणवत्ता सुधाकर बेहतर प्लेसमेंट करने पर जोर दिया था। साथ ही इंडस्ट्रीज की मांग के अनुरूप बदलाव करने की बात कही थी। साथ ही इस बार कालेजों में छात्रों की संख्या बढ़ाने पर भी जोर दिया जा रहा है

टीचरों की नियुक्ति पर संघर्ष जारी

औैरैया। प्रदेश के प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में 72825 सहायक अध्यापकों की नियुक्ति के मामले में जारी सुप्रीम कोर्ट के अंतरिम आदेश से असंतुष्ट टीईटी अभ्यर्थियों ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में टीईटी अभ्यर्थियों ने नए विज्ञापन पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया करने के साथ ही प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में टीचरों के रिक्त 2.70 लाख पदों पर टीईटी मेरिट व शैक्षिक मेरिट के आधार पर एक साथ नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया शुरू करने की याचिका दायर की है। इन याचिकाओं को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने स्वीकारते हुए नोटिस जारी करने के आदेश भी दे दिया है।

गत 25 मार्च को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 72825 टीचरों की 2011 के विज्ञापन को मान्य करते हुए टीईटी मेरिट के आधार पर नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया शुरू करने का अंतरिम आदेश जारी किया था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के अंतरिम आदेश से आहत उत्तर प्रदेश शैक्षणिक मेरिट उत्थान समिति के अध्यक्ष अंशुल मिश्रा, ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में नए विज्ञापन के आधार पर नए सिरे से भर्ती किए जाने की याचिका दायर की है। वहीं फैसले के विरुद्ध विवेक तिवारी व अंशुल मिश्रा ने 63 लोगों को पार्टी बनाते हुए भी नए सिरे से भर्ती प्रक्रिया जारी करने की एसएलपी दाखिल की है। दो याचिकाएं दायर करने में याचियों का मुख्य उद्देश्य सुनवाई के दौरान दो सीनियर अधिवक्ता कोर्ट में खड़ा करना है। वहीं टैट मेरिट आधार पर नियुक्ति करने के अंतरिम आदेश के विरुद्ध तीसरी याचिका हरिजन महिला विकलांग समिति ने आरटी एक्ट के तहत दायर कर दी है। वहीं सुप्रीम कोर्ट के अंतरिम आदेश से टीचर भर्ती प्रक्रिया से बाहर हुए बीएड 2012 के अभ्यर्थियों ने अंतरिम आदेश के विरुद्ध स्थगन याचिका दायर करने का मन बना लिया है। इन अभ्यर्थियों ने बीएड 2012 उत्तीर्ण संघर्ष मोर्चे का गठन करते हुए अगले सप्ताह में रिट दाखिल करने का निर्णय लिया है। इसमें बृजेंद्र कश्यप, अमित कुमार, भानू सिंह, आशीष कुमार ने बताया कि रिट पीटिशन में वह 2011 के विज्ञापन के आधार पर जारी अंतरिम आदेश से बाहर हुए आवेदकों का मुद्दा उठाएंगे।

Uttar Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test was conducted on 22nd and 23rd February for Primary Teacher ( PRT ) and Upper Primary Teacher vacancies. Test was organized to be held in two papers : Paper I ( Level I ) and Paper 2 ( Level II ).

 इलाहाबाद । शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा-2014(यूपी टीईटी) के रिजल्ट आनेमें अभी समय लगेगा। इसके 15 अप्रैल तक आने की संभावना है। सचिव परीक्षा नियामक प्राधिकारी श्रीमती नीना श्रीवास्तव नेबताया कि टीईटी के रिजल्ट मेंदो बार संशोधन हुआ है। इसके बाद सार्टिफिकेट तैयार करवाया जा रहा है। इसमेंसमय लग रहा है। रिजल्ट के 15 अप्रैल तक घोषित होनेकी संभावना है। इसकी तैयारियों में विभाग के अफसर तेजी से लगे हुए है। सचिव ने बताया किटीईटी का सार्टिफिकेट पांच वर्ष के लिए मान्य होताहै। ऐसेमें सार्टिफिकेट की गुणवत्ता मेंसुधार किया जायेगा जिससे कि अभ्यर्थियों कोउसे सुरक्षित रखने मेंपरेशानी न होने पाये। टीईटी की परीक्षा 22 और 23 फरवरी को प्रदेश केकरीब 11 हजार सेण्टरों पर हुई थी। इसमेंकरीब साढ़े आठ लाख परीक्षार्थी शामिल हुए थे। परीक्षा के बाद सचिवपरीक्षा नियामक प्राधिकारी नेआंसर शीट वेबसाइट पर डाली थी। उनमें कई प्रश्नोंके उत्तर और प्रश्न गलतथे। अबनयेबनने वाले रिजल्ट में संशोधन किया जा रहा है। इससेरिजल्ट घोषितहोने मेंविलंबहो रहा है जबकि पहले टीईटी का रिजल्ट 27 मार्च को घोषित होनाथा। सर्टिफिकेट की गुणवत्ता मेंऔर होगा सुधार : सचिव

Uttar Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test Result would be based on already determined cut off. Means the cut off is already fixed for most of the TET exams. General Category candidates need to score 90 Marks out of 150 ( Total 60% ) while candidates who belongs to SC / ST category have to secure minimum of 82 Marks ( 55% ) to get the eligibility certificate. Last year pass percentage was around 15% only, lets see what percentage UPTET 2014 Result brings with it. You can check UPTET Result 2014 at http://upbasiceduboard.gov.in .
Earlier UPTET pass marks for SC/STs was 83, But recently it changed to 82 as per NCTE.

 इलाहाबाद : उत्तर प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग की लोअर सबार्डिनेट परीक्षा-2013 रविवार को आयोजित की जा रही है। परीक्षा के लिए 22 जिलों में 863 केंद्र बनाए गए हैं। परीक्षा नियंत्रकपीएन दुबे के अनुसार इस परीक्षा में करीब चार लाख तीस हजार अभ्यर्थियों ने आवेदन किया है। वैसे दूरदराज के शहरों में परीक्षा केन्द्र आवंटित होने के चलते इस परीक्षा को लेकर काफी अफरातफरी का माहौल रहा। गंतव्य तक जाने के लिए अभ्यर्थियों की भीड़ बस अड्डों और रेलवे स्टेशन पर जमा रही। परीक्षा निरस्त होने की भी दिन भर अफवाह उड़ती रही।लोअर सबार्डिनेट 2013 की परीक्षा के लिए पिछले साल आवेदन मांगे गए थे। इससे पहले एक बार परीक्षा रद हो चुकी है। आयोग द्वारा परीक्षा केंद्रों के निर्धारण के लिए अपनाई गई तकनीक के चलते तमाम परीक्षार्थियों को सैकड़ों किलोमीटर की यात्रा करनी पड़ी। परेशानी के बीच बेरोजगारों की फौज नौकरी की आस में परीक्षा केंद्रों की ओर रवाना हुई। जिनके परीक्षा केंद्र लखनऊ या लखनऊ से आगे या सौ किलोमीटर से ज्यादा दूरी पर थे उनमें से अधिकांश अभ्यर्थी शनिवार सुबह ही रवाना हो गए। शाम की बसों व ट्रेनों से भी भारी संख्या में अभ्यर्थी रवाना हुए। इसके चलते इलाहाबाद जंक्शन और प्रयाग स्टेशन पर हजारों अभ्यर्थियों कीभीड़ जमा रही। सिविल लाइंस बस अड्डे पर भी भीड़ थी

 अजीतमल(औरैया)  : सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्णय से टीईटी अभ्यर्थियों में खुशी का माहौल है। शुक्रवार को अजीतमल स्थित शंकर बगिया में रामचरित मानस का अखंड पाठ कराया गया, उसके बाद कन्या भोज का आयोजन हुआ।

संघर्ष मोर्चा के उपाध्यक्ष दीपक सविता ने बताया कि सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के निर्णय से सरकार नौकरी देने को विवश हो रही है। टीईटी अभ्यर्थियों की यह बड़ी जीत है।

इलाहाबाद : 'मुझे परीक्षा देने के लिए गाजियाबाद जाना है, पता नहीं चल पा रहा है कि परीक्षा होगी या नहीं। आयोग की वेबसाइट पर भी कोई जानकारी नहीं दी जा रही है।' रात साढ़े आठ बजे शिवकुटी से उत्तर प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग कार्यालय पहुंचे सुशील यादव की बातों में लोअर सबार्डिनेट 2013 के अभ्यर्थियों का दर्द झलक रहा था। शुक्रवार को दोपहर दो बजे से ही लोअर सबार्डिनेट 2013 की परीक्षा को लेकर उहापोह की स्थिति बनी रही। शाम होते होते परीक्षार्थियों का धैर्य जवाब देने लगा तो लोगों ने अखबार के दफ्तरों और आयोग तक संपर्क करना शुरू कर दिया। आयोग पहुंचे लोगों को सुरक्षाकर्मियों ने बताया कि परीक्षा रद्द होने के बारे में कोई सूचना जारी नहीं की गई है। परीक्षा निर्धारित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार होगी। गौरतलब है कि लोअर सबार्डिनेट की परीक्षा इससे पूर्व एक बार निरस्त हो गई थी। अब छह अप्रैल रविवार को परीक्षा आयोजित की जा रही है।

आयोग की ओर से परीक्षा केंद्रों के निर्धारण के लिए अपनाई गई प्रणाली के चलते परीक्षा केंद्र परीक्षार्थियों के अपने पसंद के जिलों से बाहर हो गया है। इलाहाबाद के परीक्षार्थियों को कानपुर, गाजियाबाद, लखनऊ, रायबरेली आदि तमाम अन्य जिलों में भेज दिया गया है। इसके चलते परीक्षार्थियों को परीक्षा केंद्रों तक पहुंचने के लिए असुविधा हो रही है और अतिरिक्त पैसे खर्च करने पड़ रहे हैं। वहीं शुक्रवार को परीक्षा रद्द होने की अफवाह के चलते दूर दराज परीक्षा देने जाने वाले अभ्यर्थियों के लिए असमंजस की स्थिति बरकरार रही।

वर्जन
हमारे पास देर रात तक कोई ऐसा आदेश नहीं आया है जिसके कारण परीक्षा रद्द करनी पड़े। इसलिए परीक्षा अपने नियत समय पर होगी।

शिक्षक भर्ती को लेकर ऊहापोह
लखनऊ । परिषदीय स्कूलों में 72825 शिक्षकों की भर्ती तीन महीने में पूरा करने के सुप्रीम कोर्ट के अंतरिम आदेश पर अमल के बारे में सरकार अभी किसी नतीजे पर नहीं पहुंच पायी है। इस मामले में सरकार सुप्रीम कोर्ट के अंतरिम आदेश के खिलाफ सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में पुनरीक्षण याचिका दाखिल करेगी या शिक्षकों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया शुरू करेगी, यह फैसला मुख्यमंत्री को करना है।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अंतरिम आदेश में शिक्षकों की भर्ती हाई कोर्ट के आदेश के मुताबिक अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) की मेरिट के आधार पर करने को कहा है। हाईकोर्ट के आदेश के खिलाफ ही सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में विशेष अपील की थी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के अंतरिम आदेश पर बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग ने न्याय विभाग से सलाह मशविरा किया था। बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों का कहना है कि यदि सरकार सुप्रीम कोर्ट के अंतरिम आदेश के मुताबिक टीईटी की मेरिट के आधार पर भर्ती करती है तो उसकी विशेष अपील अपने आप निष्फल साबित हो जाएगी। दूसरा पेंच यह है कि सरकार शैक्षिक गुणांक के आधार पर लगभग दस हजार शिक्षकों की भर्ती कर चुकी है। इसके अलावा उर्दू शिक्षकों के लगभग तीन हजार पदों पर भी शैक्षिक गुणांक के आधार पर मोअल्लिम-ए-उर्दू उपाधिधारकों की भर्ती की गई है।
शैक्षिक गुणांक के आधार पर ही जूनियर हाईस्कूलों में गणित और विज्ञान के 29334 शिक्षकों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया भी अटकी हुई है। हाई कोर्ट ने शैक्षिक गुणांक के आधार पर शिक्षकों की भर्ती करने से संबंधित अध्यापक सेवा नियमावली की धारा 14(3) को निरस्त कर दिया है। अब यदि सरकार टीईटी की मेरिट के आधार पर शिक्षकों की भर्ती करती है तो उसे नियमावली में संशोधन करना होगा। सरकार के लिए सबसे बड़ा पेंच तो यह है कि यदि वह टीईटी की मेरिट पर शिक्षकों की भर्ती करती है तो शैक्षिक गुणांक के आधार पर की गई भर्तियों का क्या होगा। हालांकि एहतियाती तौर पर सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद संजय सिन्हा ने निदेशक राज्य शैक्षिक अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षण परिषद से 2011 में शिक्षक भर्ती के लिए जारी हुए विज्ञापन के क्रम में हुए आवेदनों से संबंधित ब्योरा मांगा है।

लखनऊ : बुलंदशहर में गुरुवार को चुनावी सभा के दौरान सपा मुखिया मुलायम सिंह यादव से मिली खुली धमकी से शिक्षा मित्र डर गए हैं। मुलायम ने सभा में कहा कि शिक्षा मित्र सपा को वोट करें वर्ना नियमित नहीं होंगे। इसके बाद आनन-फानन उत्तर प्रदेश प्राथमिक शिक्षा मित्र संघ की प्रदेश कार्यकारिणी की बैठक बुलाई गई। तय किया गया कि सपा सरकार ने उनके समायोजन का निर्णय किया है इसलिए वे उसके साथ हैं। संघ के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष गाजी इमाम आला ने कहा, सपा सरकार ने शिक्षा मित्रों की समस्याओं पर गंभीरता से ध्यान दिया है। इसलिए हम सरकार के साथ हैं।

अगले सप्ताह चुनाव के साथ लोगों की परेशानियों का दौर शुरू होने वाला है। पांच से 14 अप्रैल तक सरकारी विभागों में कामकाज नहीं होगा। दस दिन तक दफ्तर बंद रहने से पब्लिक को दिक्कत होगी।

परेशानी की बात यह है भी है कि कई दिन तो बैंक खुलेंगे ही नहीं और जिस दिन खुलेंगे उस दिन कर्मचारी कम होने के कारण कामकाज प्रभावित होगा। इस दौरान एटीएम भी खाली हो सकते हैं।

स्कूलों में आजकल नया सेशन शुरू होने से ड्रेस और स्टडी मैटेरियल खरीदने के लिए पैसों की जरूरत होगी। बेहतर यही रहेगा कि अभी से शेडयूल तय कर लें। जरूरी काम पांच अप्रैल से पहले ही निपटा लें।

लखनऊ : सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश पर 72,825 शिक्षकों की भर्ती की तैयारियां शुरू कर दी हैं। बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग ने आदेश के आधार पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया का खाका खींचना शुरू कर दिया है। इसके बाद भी यदि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के आधार पर 12 सप्ताह तक भर्ती प्रक्रिया पूरी न हो पाती है तो शिक्षा विभाग चंद दिनों की मोहलत देने का अनुरोध कर सकता है। उधर, राज्य शैक्षिक अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षण परिषद (एससीईआरटी) ने डायटों से आवेदन शुल्क वापस लेने वालों का ब्यौरा मांगा गया है।
बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के आधार पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया के लिए न्याय विभाग से राय मांगी थी, इसमें पूछा था कि क्या हो सकता है। सूत्रों का कहना है कि न्याय विभाग में स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि टीईटी मेरिट से भर्ती के अलावा कोई दूसरा रास्ता नहीं है। इसके आधार पर ही शिक्षकों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया शुरू किए जाने की तैयारी है। बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग समय के अंदर भर्ती करना चाहता है, लेकिन यदि छुट्टियों और चुनाव के चलते कुछ दिक्कतें आईं तो वह सुप्रीम कोर्ट से कुछ समय और देने की मांग कर सकता है।

अभी काउंसलिंग के बारे में शासन  की तरफ से कोई स्पष्ट जानकारी सुनने में नहीं आयी है की वह कैसे होगी ,
अगर केंद्रीकृत / सेंट्रालाइज़ काउंसलिंग नहीं होती है , जैसा की रिक्तियां जिलावार हैं तब

अनुमान है की -
जिन जिलों में ज्यादा सीट्स (जैसे 600 /700 )  हैं वहाँ काउंसलिंग के कई राउंड होने की सम्भावना है , क्यूंकि एक ही केंडिडेट काफी सारी जगह आवेदन किया है मगर वह चुनेगा कोई एक ही जिला
काउंसलिंग अगर हर जिले में अलग अलग होती है ( जैसा की रिक्तियां जिलावार हैं ) तो काउंसलिंग कई चरणो में होंने की सम्भावना है ,
कम रिक्तियों (12 /50 ) वाले अच्छे जिलों  में काफी सारी रिक्ति पहले राउंड में ही भर जाएंगी और दूसरे राउंड में तो लगभग सारी सीट्स भर ही जाएंगी

मेरे अनुमान के मुताबिक सीधा फार्मूला है कि जहाँ ज्यादा रिक्तियां वहाँ काउंसलिंग कई सारे चरणो में चलने की सम्भावना है और जहाँ कम रिक्तिया वहाँ कम चरणो में काउंसलिंग निपट जाएंगी

काउंसलिंग की सुचना आने के बाद स्थिति क्लियर होगी की कितने राउंड लग सकते हैं भर्ती में

इलाहाबाद। निजी क्षेत्र में नौकरी की डांवाडोल स्थिति और कैरियर को लेकर संजीदा प्रोफेशन युवाआें की पंसद अब कम पैकेज वाली स्थाई नौकरी बन गई है। ऐसा रूझान प्रदेश के जिला शिक्षण एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान (डायट) एवं निजी प्रशिक्षण कॉलेजों में भरी बीटीसी की सीटों को देखकर मिल रहा है। डायट एवं निजी बीटीसी कॉलेजों की अधिकांश सीटें बीटेक, एमबीए, बीसीए जैसी प्रोफेशनल डिग्री धारक हाई मेरिट वाले अभ्यर्थियों से भर र्गइं। बीटीसी करने के बाद परिषदीय विद्यालयों में नौकरी पक्की मानकर युवा इस क्षेत्र में अधिक आवेदन कर रहे हैं।

सरकारी नौकरी की चाह में हाल के कुछ वर्षों में बीटेक, एमबीए सहित बीसीए डिग्री वाले तमाम अभ्यर्थियों ने केन्द्र एवं प्रदेश सरकार की ओर से जारी होने वाले पदों के लिए बड़े पैमाने पर आवेदन किया है। सीधी भर्ती के पदों के लिए चयन के वक्त जहां दसवीं, बारहवीं और स्नातक परीक्षा के अंक का सीधा लाभ मिलता है, उन पदों के लिए आईसीएसई, सीबीएसई और प्रोफेशनल डिग्री (बीटेक, एमबीए) धारक युवा ज्यादा चयनित होते हैं क्योंकि उन्हें नंबर अधिक मिलता है। जाहिर है ऐसे में इंजीनियरिंग एवं प्रबंधन के युवाओं के बीटीसी में आवेदन करने से बीए, बीएससी, बीकॉम जैसी डिग्री वाले युवा परिषदीय विद्यालयों में होने वाली शिक्षक भर्तियों से भी बाहर हो जा रहे हैं।

डायट इलाहाबाद के प्राचार्य विनोद कृष्ण बताते हैं कि सरकारी एवं निजी कॉलेजों की बीटीसी की इस समय 70 फीसदी सीटें भर गई हैं। इनमें से ज्यादातर सीटों पर बीटेक, एमबीए में अच्छे अंक पाने वाले अभ्यर्थियों का कब्जा हो गया। उन्होंने बताया कि अकेले इलाहाबाद में ही डायट में सभी सीटें भर गई हैं, जिसमें टॉप रैंक वाले अधिकांश अभ्यर्थी प्रोफेशनल डिग्री धारक हैं।

कैरियर काउंसलर एवं वरिष्ठ मनोविज्ञानी डॉ. कमलेश तिवारी का कहना है कि निजी क्षेत्र में नौकरी चले जाने के डर के कारण अब सरकारी क्षेत्र की छोटी नौकरी के प्रति भी युवाओं का रूझान बढ़ा है। यही कारण है कि अब बीटेक, एमबीए करने के बाद युवा इस क्षेत्र में आगे आ रहे हैं।

प्रदेश के सभी डायट में रखे आवेदन पत्रों की जांच कर तैयार होगी रिपोर्ट  
शिक्षक भर्ती के लिए 2011 में आए थे 78 लाख आवेदन

इलाहाबाद (ब्यूरो)। बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद ने परिषदीय विद्यालयों में भरे जाने वाले 72825 शिक्षकों की भर्ती के लिए तैयारी शुरू कर दी है। विभाग के अधिकारी 2011 की भर्ती की घोषणा के आधार पर उस समय आए फार्म एवं दस्तावेजों को जुटाकर खाका तैयार करेंगे। जिला शिक्षण एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में उपलब्ध आंकड़ों की जांच की जिम्मेदारी नोडल अधिकारी को दी जाएगी।
टीईटी 2011 के बाद परिषदीय विद्यालयों में खाली पड़े शिक्षकों के पदों पर भर्ती के लिए करीब 78 लाख आवेदन प्रदेश भर के डायटों में पहुंचे थे। सरकारी नौकरी की चाहत में एक-एक अभ्यर्थी ने 45 से 50 जिलों के लिए आवेदन किया था। प्रदेश में सपा सरकार बनने के बाद टीईटी मेरिट के बजाए एकेडमिक मेरिट के आधार पर भर्ती करने का आदेश जारी कर दिया। ऐसे में डायटों में हजारों की संख्या में आवेदन डंप पड़े रह गए। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने शिक्षक भर्ती टीईटी मेरिट से करने का आदेश दिया है। इस पर डायट में पड़े इन आवेदनों की स्थिति जानना जरूरी हो गया है। क्योंकि इसके अलावा परिषद के पास 2011 का फिलहाल कोई भी दस्तावेज उपलब्ध नहीं हैं।
सूत्रों के मुताबिक हर नोडल अधिकारी के पास चार से पांच जिले हाेंगे। इनकी जिम्मेदारी होगी कि ये डायट में उपलब्ध आवेदनों की स्थिति को देखें। इन्हें ये भी जांचना होगा कि जितने भी आवेदन आए हैं, उनकी एंट्री हुई है या नहीं। डायटों से कितने आवेदकों को शुल्क वापस दिया जा चुका है। इसके साथ ही परिषद की ओर से नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया के संबंध में जल्द बैठक के लिए भी प्रस्ताव तैयार किया जा रहा है।

इलाहाबाद : सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने प्रदेश सरकार को तीन माह के अंदर 72,825 टीईटी उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थियों की भर्ती करने का आदेश दिया है। शासन ने भर्ती प्रक्रिया को लेकर तैयारी भी शुरू कर दी है। वहीं आवेदकों ने मांग की है कि दो साल तक भर्ती न करने के कारण उन्हें जो मानसिक प्रताड़ना व आर्थिक नुकसान हुआ है, सरकार उसका मुआवजा दे। ऐसा न होने पर प्रदेशव्यापी आंदोलन छेड़ने की चेतावनी दी है।
शैक्षणिक मेरिट उत्थान समिति के जिलाध्यक्ष सुशील यादव ने कहा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट का अंतिम निर्णय आने तक एकेडमिक समर्थक अभ्यर्थी पुरजोर तरीके से लड़ाई लड़ते रहेंगे। मीडिया प्रभारी अशोक द्विवेदी ने कहा कि सरकार के नए विज्ञापन पर अभ्यर्थियों ने एक साथ कई जिलों में आवेदन किया था। एक जिले में आवेदन करने के लिए पांच सौ रुपये शुल्क निर्धारित किया गया था। इससे उन्हें कई हजार रुपये खर्च करने पड़े, मानसिक व शारीरिक पीड़ा जो हुई वह अलग। अभ्यर्थी अजय यादव कहते हैं प्रदेश में 2.70 लाख से ज्यादा प्राथमिक शिक्षकों के पद रिक्त हैं। सरकार को दो वर्ष से लंबित इस प्रक्रिया से प्रभावित हर छात्र के हित का ध्यान रखते हुए दोनों विज्ञापनों पर पद सृजित कर भर्ती करनी चाहिए। ऐसा न होने पर शांत नहीं बैठेंगे

Uttar Pradesh Education Board (UPBEB) which conducted Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test   is expected to announce UPTET 2014 results in a week.

UPTET 2014 was held successfully on 22nd and 23rd February, 2014. Candidates who appeared for UPTET 2014 may check the results in the following official website at http://upbasiceduboard.gov.in

TET is an entrance examination for recruitment to teacher posts and is held for candidates who seek appointments as teachers in government-run schools. It is a mandatory examination which is conducted to fulfil and achieve Right to Education goals.

TET is based on National Curriculum Framework and consists of two papers such as Paper I and Paper II.

Candidates opting for selection to class I to class V have to appear for Paper I, while candidates opting for recruitment to class VI to VIII appear for Paper II. Candidates who wish to be appointed as teachers from class I to VIII have to appear for both Paper I and Paper II.

The petitioner by this writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents to treat the Adeeb course from Jamia Urdu, Aligarh as equivalent to High School� and further direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Assistant Teacher (Urdu) in the Primary School on the basis of qualification for participating in U.P.T.E.T., 2013.
According to the petitioners, the petitioner no.1 had passed Adeeb Examination in 1987 and also Molim-E-Urdu in 1996 and petitioner no.2 had passed Adeeb Examination in 1985 and also Molim-E-Urdu in 1996.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has referred to the judgment of the Lucknow bench of this Court passed in Writ Petition No. 7102 (M/S) of 2013 Mohd. Naseem Vs. State of U.P. and others decided on 16.12.2013 alongwith other connected matters wherein this Court has held that the courses of Adeeb, Fazil, Maulvi and Munsi shall be taken as equivalent to High School. This Court has held as under:-
"Writ petitions are allowed.
The opposite parties are directed to allow the petitioners to participate in the ongoing counselling for the appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher ( Urdu) being carried out by the State as per the advertisement mentioned in the year 2013 immediately. Courses of Adeeb, Fazil, Maulvi and Munsi as detailed aforesaid shall be taken as equivalent to High School."

Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute that this legal position has� already been settled in the case of Mohd.Naseem.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties with a direction to the respondent no.4,� the District Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Aligarh to consider and decide the case of the petitioners for being� allowed to appear in the counseling for the post of Assistant Teacher (Urdu) in Primary School within a period of one month from the date a certified copy of this order is received in his office.
It is made clear that respondent will be at liberty to� examine the veracity and genuineness of the documents/certificates filed by the petitioner.�

By this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to evaluate the O.M.R. Sheet of petitioner appeared in U.P.T.E.T., 2013-14� Primary Level treating her Language Attempted option Sanskrit.
According to the petitioner, in her application form she has filled Sanskrit as subject. According to her,� in O.M.R. Sheet she has not filled Language Attempted.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon a judgment of this Court passed in writ petition� no.12698 of 2014, Shamasul Eslam vs. State of U.P. and others where the petitioner had failed to� mention Question Booklet Number in the O.M.R.Sheet. Relying upon� a decision of Division Bench� of this Court in the case of� Archana Rastogi (Km.) V. State of U.P. and Others reported in [2012 (3) ADJ 219 (DB)]� the Court had directed to the respondent to reconsider the matter of the petitioner in the light of the documents on record.
In my opinion, the said judgments have no application to the facts of the case inasmuch as� in O.M.R. Sheet the petitioner has failed to fill up 'Language Attempted' column itself. Therefore, no direction can be given to re-evaluate O.M.R. sheet of the petitioner treating the same for the subject Language Attempted Sanskrit.
The writ petition fails and is accordingly dismissed.
