मेरठ। एलटी ग्रेड के शिक्षकों की भर्ती के लिए जनवरी तक मेरिट आएगी। अभी तक उम्मीद थी कि सरकार के निर्देश पर कुछ विषयों की मेरिट 28 नवंबर को ही जारी की जा सकती है। लेकिन सभी लिफाफे नहीं खुलने के कारण ऐसा नहीं हो सकता है। मेरठ मंडल में करीब एक लाख 70 हजार आवेदन फॉर्म प्राप्त हुए हैं। जिनको फाड़ने से लेकर उनकी कैटेगरी और सब्जेक्ट के हिसाब से छंटनी करने के काम ही बहुत है जो एक नवंबर से लेकर आज तक जारी है।

Since the last date to submit Uttar Pradesh Lt grade 2014 form offline is completed for 6645 teacher vacancy in Government Girls inter colleges (GGIC) and Government Inter college (GIC) of Uttar Pradesh, every single B.Ed passed student is waiting eagerly for the first cut off as these vacancy will be filled purely on merit basis from candidate academic history from high school till B.Ed but as we all know that there is a delay in publication of first cut off as excepted on 28 November 2014 and wondering what are the reason behind this delay read this complete article and get the answer to your all queries in 10 points.
( 1 ) These vacancy are on mandal or provision basis so any candidate is allowed to apply in as many number of mandal or provision he or she liked to apply as the result of this mostly all students have applied in 10 to 13 mandal or provision ignoring that he or she is paying separate fee as risk factor is very high since the number of vacancy is very very less, as the result of the in all 18 mandal or provision number of forms delivered goes to lakhs and in whole Uttar Pradesh 27 lakhs .

( 3 ) Shortage of staff in joint director of Education ( JD ) mandal or provision wise and staff feeding the form from manual written in excel sheet is taking time and on an average single person is feeding 250 to 300 forms per day so if a staff of 40 to 60 peoples is provided to a ( JD ) think twice how much time they need to complete this work.
( 4 ) Feeding of data is going in two steps first one is scanning of form along with your photograph in as such condition in which you have posted it as it will act like security gateway in conversing the data from manual to digital form no further changes can be made in this in any stage of vacancy so it is good from genuine candidate point of views and second one is filling of form in excel sheet in various fields like name , gender, category, subject , date of birth , father name , marks etc.
( 5 ) Collection of fee is a major priorities for this government as they have asked the fee in postal order and demand draft format and getting it cleared from bank or post office is a critical issues as these are issued in the name of joint director of Education ( JD ) mandal or provision wise and many candidate the submitted the wrong name postal order or demand draft so first government is cashing these fee of candidate and if it is passed by bank or post office then particular candidate is eligible for data feeding work other wise his form is cancelled from the recruitment.
( 6 ) From 15 December 2014 Uttar Pradesh high school and intermediate practical will start so teacher working on data feeding will have to go in the examination and staff will get reduced so the work will not be finished on time.
( 7 ) If every joint director of Education ( JD ) mandal or provision completed their work on time i mean in coming months finally he or she had to wait for state government order and only God knows that is going in their minds related to this vacancy.
( 8 ) Major draw back in getting delay in this vacancy is that government had invited application on manual basis and if they are feeling the form by hand in digital format also why it can't be done my server by inviting application on online method only don't you think government too want to delay this vacancy. ?
( 9 ) Delay in hiring the outsourcing agency who can complete this work for government with in a week or months but the point is that why they are getting late on hiring agency as teaching staff is not good option for data feeding as they are not good in computer and student teaching is also getting affected and their syllabus will not get finished on time.
( 10 ) Very important point is the how government take this vacancy like in getting attention for vote bank or exaggerating it till 2017 election as Lt grade 2012 male vacancy is not yet finished so only God can tell us how long this vacancy will get full filled by this state government.
