Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. Shri Bhola Nath Yadav appears for the respondent nos. 1 and 4. 
The petitioner is working as Assistant Teacher in Primary School, Jagdevpur, Block Bijuwa, District Lakhimpur Kheri, whereas, husband of the petitioner is working at Distt. Saharanpur and she desires to be posted at Saharanpur. 
By the instant writ petition, petitioner prays for direction to the respondents to decide her representation dated 15.11.2017. 
Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon decision rendered by this Court in Bibha Singh Kushwaha Versus U.P. Basic Education Board and others (Writ-A No. 30808 of 2017) decided on 19 July 2017. 
Learned counsel appearing for respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner would be decided in accordance with law expeditiously. 
In regard thereto, the writ petition, on consent, stands disposed of directing the respondents, to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law, in terms of decision rendered in Bibha Singh (supra) expeditiously, preferably, within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 
It is made clear that the Court has not considered the claim and contention of the petitioner on merits.
