Arguments advanced by Sri Ashok Khare, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners is based upon paragraph 88 of the Full Bench decision in the case of Shiv Kumar Sharma versus State of U.P. and others, reported in 2013 (6) ADJ 310 (FB) and also the Guidelines issued by the National Council for Teachers Education dated 11.2.2011 providing that weightage should be accorded on the ground of TET Scores in the recruitment process. According to Sri Khare, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner in the State of U.P. no weightage has been accorded on the TET scores and TET examination is only treated to be the qualifying examination.
Sri� A.K. Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the respondents may obtain instructions within a week.

NCTE ka kahna hai ki TET bharti me kewal ek patrata pariksha hai par agar sarkar chahe to iska weightage de sakti hai.
ReplyDeleteNCTE GUIDLINE.- tet ek patrata pariksha hai aur achhe scores karne walo ko weightage dena chahie. Par ye bharti karne walo par hai ki vo iska wei ghtage dete hai ya nahi. Iske lie koi dawa nahi kar sakta . IS TARAH TO YE WRIT MANJOOR HI NAHI HONI CHAHIE THAI.
ReplyDeleteNCTE Guideline mei ye bhi to likha hai ke app number improve karne ke liya exam dobara bhi de sakte hai. Or jab Tet ka weightage nahi meliga to exam dobara kyo dena .

TET= Teacher Eligibility Test NCTE ki guideline me bhi likha hai,but gov chahe to 5% or10% ka waitage de sakti hai.Ye gov par hai.junior ki merit list jaari kar dena chahiye.Aur Appoinment 26 Nov se start karna chahiye.
