Some people thinks-
Court simply give dates , why and what is the need to give so many dates ?
Here no need of searching evidence, only need is to check UP govt advertisements are as per RTE act or not.
And can govt. amend it in middle or not , where as govt used same exam / benchmark for 10000 BTC candidates selection.

Do you also think considering these facts and points, court should give dates?

Reply yes or no.

Somebody recently informed me a better answer :-
There is one point that there are some standard practices of court that is give time
& to hear all parties involved in case. And due to this dates was given.

I think Supreme court did its best to give its judgement considering standard practices involving such timeframe.

But simultaneously several UPTETians faced a lot of problem during that time.

Personal n family problems involving marriage , money and various social issues,

mental stress etc.

Married ladies faced counseling problem during pregnancy etc. as no body knows when will counseling happen.

And nobody want to take risks.

From the beginning we saw each and every time new issue comes , candidats spend their whole night waiting in long queues at post offices to dispatch their application forms so that it will reach on time.

After that court cases comes and again new Advt and new forms. Pratyavedan problems and again correction.
