UP NEWS : अब प्रमाणपत्रों के लिए नहीं लगानी होगी दौड़

15 दिन में मिलेंगे मूल अंक पत्र व् प्रमाण पत्र

घूसखोरी से छुटकारा व लापरवाह अधिकारीयों पर होगी सख्ती

प्रमुख सचिव ने बताया कि माध्यमिक शिक्षा विभाग को 15 दिनों में मूल प्रमाणपत्र जारी करना होगा, डुप्लीकेट प्रमाणपत्र के लिए 30 दिनों का समय रखा गया है। विद्यालयों को मूल अंकपत्र 15 दिनों में और डुप्लीकेट अंकपत्र को भी 15 दिनों में देना होगा।

अब विश्वविद्यालय व डिग्री कॉलेजों में पढ़ने वाले स्टूडेंट के प्रमाणपत्रों और उपाधियों का सत्यापन सिर्फ दो दिनों में करना होगा। उप्र सरकार ने जनहित गारंटी अधिनियम 2011 के तहत यह सुविधा छात्रों को दी है।

लोक सेवा प्रबंधन विभाग के प्रमुख सचिव प्रभात कुमार सारंगी ने बताया कि उच्च शिक्षा विभाग को भी जनहित गारंटी अधिनियम में शामिल कर लिया गया है। अब प्रमाणपत्रों एवं उपाधियों का सत्यापन दो दिन में पूरा करना होगा। माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद में 15 दिन में मूल प्रमाणपत्र जारी करने की व्यवस्था लागू की गयी
इसके तहत उच्च शिक्षा विभाग की चार और माध्यमिक शिक्षा विभाग की 9 सेवाओं को अधिनियम के तहत तय समय सीमा के भीतर उपलब्ध करवाना होगा।
प्रमाणपत्रों और उपाधियों का दो दिनों के भीतर सत्यापन करने के साथ ही अब विश्वविद्यालय को परीक्षाफल घोषित होने के 45 दिनों के भीतर छात्र की मार्कशीट देनी होगी।

अगर छात्र को तय समय पर मार्कशीट नहीं मिलती है तो वह इस संबंध में अपील करेगा और इसका निस्तारण 30 दिन के भीतर करना होगा। इसके बाद अगर दोबारा अपील की गई तो उसका निस्तारण मात्र 15 दिन के भीतर करना होगा। वहीं अब नए कॉलेज खोलने के लिए जिला प्रशासन को 30 दिन के भीतर एनओसी जारी करनी होगी। अगर ऐसा नहीं हुआ तो प्रथम अपील का निस्तारण 30 दिन में और द्वितीय अपील का निस्तारण 15 दिन में करना होगा। इसके अलावा छात्र को राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना के प्रमाणपत्रों का वितरण 30 दिन के भीतर करना होगा। इसके विरुद्ध प्राप्त अपील का निस्तारण मात्र 15 दिन के भीतर करना होगा। अब संस्थान एनएसएस के प्रमाणपत्रों के लिए छात्रों को परेशान नहीं कर सकेंगे। इसी प्रकार माध्यमिक शिक्षा विभाग की नौ सेवाओं को भी इस अधिनियम के दायरे में लाया गया है। इसके तहत माध्यमिक शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा संचालित विद्यालयों में 15 दिनों के भीतर मूल प्रमाणपत्र जारी करने का निर्णय लिया गया है। ऐसा न होने की स्थिति में प्रथम व द्वितीय अपील का निस्तारण क्रमश: 15-15 दिनों के भीतर ही करना होगा। इसके अलावा डुप्लीकेट प्रमाणपत्र 30 दिन में जारी करने होंगे। इस संबंध में प्राप्त अपील का निस्तारण 15 दिन में करना होगा। इसके अलावा मूल अंक पत्र व डुप्लीकेट अंक पत्र 15 दिन में जारी करने होंगे। इसके विरुद्ध की गई अपील का निस्तारण भी पंद्रह दिन में करना होगा।
वहीं माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद के विद्यालयों को संशोधित प्रमाणपत्र और अंक पत्र 30 दिनों के भीतर जारी करना होगा। इसके विरूद्घ की गई अपील का निस्तारण 15 दिन के भीतर करना होगा। वहीं निरस्त परीक्षाफल पर निर्णय 45 दिनों के भीतर, रोके गए परीक्षाफल, अपूर्ण और त्रुटिपूर्ण परीक्षाफल पर भी 45 दिन के भीतर निर्णय लेना होगा। इस संबंध में प्राप्त अपील का निस्तारण 30 दिन में और द्वितीय अपील का निस्तारण 15 दिन में करना होगा। इस नई सुविधा से स्टूडेंट को काफी फायदा होगा और उन्हें अब इन सुविधाओं के लिए विद्यालय व शिक्षा विभाग के कार्यालयों में बार-बार चक्कर नहीं लगाना होगा।
के चक्कर में अब बाबू उन्हें परेशान नहीं कर पाएंगे। जो भी कर्मचारी व अधिकारी इस काम में लापरवाही बरतेंगे उनके खिलाफ अधिनियम के तहत कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

इलाहाबाद : सरकार की ओर से कोई आश्वासन न मिलने से टीईटी उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थी काफी आहत हैं, ऐसे में उन्होंने संघर्ष जारी रखा है। शिक्षा निदेशालय पर क्रमिक अनशन करने के साथ अभ्यर्थी अपनी लड़ाई जनता के बीच ले गए हैं। वह जनता को अपनी व्यथा बताकर उनका समर्थन मांग रहे हैं। जनता की ओर से उनको भारी सहयोग भी मिल रहा है।

प्रशिक्षु शिक्षक आवेदक संघर्ष मोर्चा के बैनर तले अभ्यर्थियों ने सिविल लाइंस सहित कई मुहल्लों में हस्ताक्षर अभियान चलाया। गौरतलब है कि परिषदीय विद्यालयों में शिक्षकों की भारी कमी के मद्देनजर सरकार ने पूर्व में 72,825 शिक्षकों की भर्ती निकाली थी, भर्ती के लिए पात्रता परीक्षा कराई थी लेकिन शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा को अर्हता या पात्रता मानने को लेकर उठे विवाद के चलते मामला अदालत में पहुंचा और भर्ती अधर में लटक गई। भर्ती प्रक्रिया पूरी करने के लिए टीईटी उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थी अरसे से आंदोलित हैं। प्रशिक्षु शिक्षक आवेदक संघर्ष मोर्चा के बैनर तले शिक्षा निदेशालय पर कई दिनों से उनका क्रमिक अनशन चल रहा है। अब उन्होंने जन सहयोग भी मांगा है। इसमें रेखा ओझा, अजय कुमार, पंकज सिंह राणा, बृजेश सिंह, इंद्रजीत सिंह, पवन आदि शामिल हैं

देश भर में सेंट्रल टीचर एलिजिबेलिटी टेस्ट (सीटीईटी) के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया शुक्रवार से शुरू हो गई है। ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया 31 अक्तूबर तक चलेगी।
आवेदन के बाद कंफरमेशन पेज प्राप्त करके इसे सीबीएसई भेजने की अंतिम तिथि 7 नवंबर है। परीक्षा के लिए जुलाई में बढ़ाई गई समयावधि के मुताबिक ही ढाई घंटे की परीक्षा होगी।
अरूणाचल प्रदेश, असम, मणिपुर, मेघालय, मिजोरम, नागालैंड, सिक्किम, त्रिपुरा, लाहौल और स्पीती जिला व हिमाचल प्रदेश के चंबा जिले का पांगी सब-डिवीजन, अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप एवं लक्षद्वीप जैसे दूर-दराज के क्षेत्रों के उम्मीदवारों से पुष्टि पृष्ठ (कंफरमेशन पेज) की प्राप्ति के लिए 7 दिनों की रियायत अवधि अर्थात 15 नवंबर तक का समय मिलेगा।
सीबीएसई ने बीते साल सीटीईटी की परीक्षा के लिएजनवरी व जुलाई के आखिरी रविवार को परीक्षा के लिए निर्धारित किया था। उसी कड़ी में इस साल की आखिरी परीक्षा 28 जुलाई को हो चुकी है।
अब 16 फरवरी 2014 में यह परीक्षा आयोजित होगी। सीबीएसई ने इसके लिए नोटिफिकेशन जारी कर दिया है। इस बार भी पेपर-1 व पेपर-2 के लिए ढाई घंटे का समय ही मिलेगा। उम्मीदवार साइट पर जाकर जाकर आनॅलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
उम्मीदवार को ‘ऑनलाइन’ आवेदन भरते समय सभी विवरण देने होंगे। डाटा के सफलता पूर्वक प्रस्तुत हो जाने पर, उम्मीदवारों को कंप्यूटर द्वारा जनरेटिड पुष्टि पृष्ठ (कन्फर्मेशन पेज) का प्रिंट आउट लेना होगा।
इस पर उन्हें पासपोर्ट आकार का फोटोग्राफ लगाकर और हस्ताक्षर करके बैंक ड्राफ्ट के साथ सीबीएसई सीटीईटी यूनिट को भेजना है। यदि शुल्क चालान के माध्यम से भुगतान किया है तो चालान की मूल सीबीएसई प्रति भी इस कार्यालय को भेजनी होगी।
सामान्य और ओबीसी के उम्मीदवारों को पेपर-1 या पेपर-2 देने के लिए 500 रुपये का भुगतान करना होगा जबकि दोनों पेपर देने के लिए भुगतान 800 रुपये होगा।
वहीं एससी-एसटी को पेपर-1 या पेपर-2 के लिए 250 रुपये का भुगतान करना होगा, दोनों पेपर के लिए 400 रुपए चुकाने होंगे। शुल्क चालान के माध्यम से, सिंडिकेट बैंक के सीबीएसई खाता में या फिर डेबिट/क्रेडिट कार्ड द्वारा किया जा सकता है

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has challenged the order of transfer dated 31.07.2013 whereby petitioner has been transferred from Uppar Primary School Bahlolpur block Behndar to Upper Primary School Karahi, block Ahirori, Hardoi.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that after transfer of petitioner, school would become a closed institution as there is no teacher and the school is running with only single teacher while petitioner is sought to be posted at a place where already three teachers are working, as such in order to facilitate the education to all the students and to ensure the optimum presence of teachers, petitioner's transfer is contrary to the public policy.
Sri Ajay Kumar, learned counsel appearing for BSA on the basis of oral instructions given by BSA, Hardoi, states that Upper primary school Karahi, block Ahirori, Hardoi is headed by one teacher and the same has been transferred. In his place petitioner is being transferred. If petitioner's transfer is cancelled, then Karahi school will also become a closed institution.
Since there is factual dispute, I direct Sri Ajay Kumar, Advocate to file counter affidavit of BSA, Hardoi by Tuesday.
Put up this case on Tuesday i.e. 24.09.2013. If it is found that statement given in this Court is wrong, it would be open to petitioner's counsel to pray for cancellation of order.

Petitioner before this Court is submitting that respondents be directed to consider the Teacher Eligibility Test (Upper Primary Language) equivalent to Teacher Eligibility Test (Lower Primary Language) for giving appointment in Basic Primary Schools on the post of Assistant Teacher (Urdu Language).
Petitioner submits that as per the syllabus issued by the National Council for Teacher Education and as per the syllabus as is reflected for qualifying Teacher Eligibility Test (Upper Primary Language) and Teacher Eligibility Test (Lower Primary Language) is more or less identical, then in such a situation there is no reason not to consider the Teacher Eligibility Test (Upper Primary Language) equivalent to Teacher Eligibility Test (Lower Primary Language) for giving appointment in Basic Primary Schools on the post of Assistant Teacher (Urdu Language).
Fixation of eligibility criteria is in the realm of policy decision and once the framers of policy in their wisdom have treated differently Teacher Eligibility Test meant for Upper Primary Language and the Teacher Eligibility Test meant for Lower Primary Language, then it may be true that on prima-facie basis the syllabus may be one and the same but the authority concerned in their wisdom thought it to treat differently, inasmuch as, the syllabus may be the same but the standard may be different and, in view of this, once it is in the realm of policy decision, then no relief or reprieve can be given to petitioner, as has been prayed for.
Writ petition is dismissed, accordingly.

It appears approx candidate fighting for 29334 Teachers job are 50,000, if we take a guess that almost all candidates applied for Hardoi. Candidates have a choice to apply in any number of districts and from above 5 districts , you see number of applications are around 50000 and lower than this.
From 60,000 application, some of applications may be fake, some candidates not eligible etc.

UPTET / Shiksha Mitra : समायोजन में टीईटी कैसे जरूरी

सिद्धार्थनगर : अध्यापकों की नई नियुक्ति के लिए टीईटी अनिवार्य की है। समायोजन प्रक्रिया में टीईटी कैसे जरूरी करार दी जाए सकती है। दो वर्षीय प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त शिक्षा मित्रों का समायोजन होना है, ऐसे में सरकार शिक्षा मित्रों को टीईटी से मुक्त करते हुए पूर्ण कालिक अध्यापक पद पर तैनाती की प्रक्रिया सुनिश्चित कराए।

उक्त बातें आदर्श शिक्षा मित्र वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन के जिलाध्यक्ष हेमंत शुक्ला ने कही। रविवार को स्थानीय बीआरसी प्रांगण में आयोजित संगठन की बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए श्री शुक्ला ने अध्यापक नियमावली 1981 में 18वें संशोधन के जरिए समायोजन निर्धारित समय अंदर पूर्ण कराने पर जोर दिया। जिला महामंत्री श्याम बिहारी चौधरी ने कहा कि प्रशिक्षण पूर्ण करने जा रहे 60 हजार शिक्षा मित्रों का जनवरी 2014 में पूर्ण कालिक शिक्षक पद पर समायोजन होना है, इसके लिए सरकार भी प्रयासरत हैं मगर बीच में किसी प्रकार व्यवधान उत्पन्न किया गया तो संगठन हर स्तर पर संघर्ष करेगा इसके लिए सभी शिक्षा मित्र तैयार रहें। ब्लाक अध्यक्ष अमीरूल्लाह ने चार माह से मानदेय भुगतान का मुद्दा उठाया जिस पर जनपदीय पदाधिकारियों अधिकारियों से वार्ता करके शीघ्र निस्तारण करने का आश्वासन दिया।

लगभग 19 साल पहले 2700 पुलिसकर्मियों की भर्ती हुई थी, जिसमें 2500 पदों पर एक जाति विशेष के लोगों की भर्ती को लेकर बावेला मचा था। विपक्ष ने इस मुद्दे को लेकर काफी हो-हल्ला किया था लेकिन बाद में यह मुद्दा ठंडा पड़ गया। वर्ष 2001 में तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने अति दलित एवं अति पिछड़ों को उनका हक दिलाने के लिए सामाजिक न्याय समिति का गठन किया था, जिसकी रिपोर्ट से साबित हुआ कि आरक्षण का लाभ कुछ प्रभावशाली जातियों के ही लोगों को मिल रहा है।

इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय ने आरक्षण प्रक्रिया में पर्याप्त प्रतिनिधित्व पा चुकी जातियों के आरक्षण पर रोक लगाकर एक बार फिर उन लोगों की आवाज को ताकत दी है, जो आरक्षण की परिधि में रहते हुए भी उसका लाभ नहीं पा रहे हैं। न्यायालय ने यह आदेश प्रदेश में 41610 पुलिसकर्मियों की भर्ती पर आरक्षण प्रक्रिया को लेकर दिया है। न्यायालय ने सरकार को आरक्षित जातियों की नौकरी में प्रतिनिधित्व का आंकड़ा दाखिल करने का पहले ही आदेश दिया था लेकिन काफी दिनों से इसमें हीलाहवाली चल रही थी। यह पूरा मामला सामाजिक न्याय समिति की उस रिपोर्ट पर ही आधारित है, जिसमें कहा गया है कि देश में आरक्षण प्रक्रिया लागू होने के बाद से ही अनिसूचित जातियों एवं पिछड़ा वर्ग में कुछ खास जातियों के ही लोगों का वर्चस्व है और अन्य अति दलित एवं अति पिछड़े वर्ग को समुचित आरक्षण का लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा है।

अति दलितों व अति पिछड़ों के लिए थी अलग से संस्तुति सामाजिक न्याय समिति ने आरक्षण से वंचित अनुसूचित जातियों एवं पिछड़े वर्ग की जातियों को दो वगरे में बांटकर अति दलित एवं अतिपिछड़ों को अलग से आरक्षण देने की संस्तुति की थी। अनुसूचित जातियों में चमार-धुसिया एवं जाटव जातियों की बिरादरी 55.70 प्रतिशत है लेकिन प्रमुख सरकारी पदों पर इनका प्रभुत्व 60 प्रतिशत से ज्यादा है।

वर्ष 2001 की सामाजिक न्याय समिति की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार सरकारी नौकरियों में जातीय आधार पर आरक्षण के प्रतिनिधित्व के लिए राज्य सरकार के अधीन 60 विभागों (जिसमें 166 उपविभागों एवं इकाइयों) से प्राप्त सेवायोजन के आंकड़ों का विश्लेषण किया गया। इसमें 12 लाख स्वीकृत पदों के सापेक्ष सेवायोजित 10 लाख लोकसेवकों के पदों का आकलन तैयार किया गया। आरक्षण व्यवस्था के अन्तर्गत लोकसेवा में अनुसूचित जातियों को 21 प्रतिशत, अनुसूचित जनजातियों को 2 प्रतिशत और पिछड़े वर्ग के लिए 27 प्रतिशत आरक्षण की व्यवस्था है। इसमें अनुसूचित जातियों के 21.89 प्रतिशत और पिछड़ी जातियों के 26.98 प्रतिशत पद भरे गये थे। एक दशक के बाद इन आरक्षित पदों की संख्या में बढ़ोतरी हुई है। सामाजिक न्याय समिति की रिपोर्ट में आरक्षण का लाभ पाने वाली जातियों के आंकड़े काफी चौंकाने वाले हैं। अनुसूचित जातियों में 66 जातियां हैं लेकिन 9 जातियों ने ही ज्यादातर सरकारी नौकरियों का लाभ हासिल किया। जातीय जनसंख्या के अनुपात में सर्वाधिक लाभ हासिल करने वाली अनुसूचित जातियों में खटिक 164 प्रतिशत, धोबी 122 प्रतिशत, धानुक 111 प्रतिशत, बाल्मीकि 110 प्रतिशत और चमार, धुसिया व जाटव 107 प्रतिशत पदों पर काबिज हैं। इसके अलावा कोरी 71 प्रतिशत, पासी-तरमाली 70 प्रतिशत, गोंड 58 प्रतिशत व कोल 22 प्रतिशत हैं। स्पष्ट है कि इन जातियों के वर्चस्व के कारण अनुसूचित वर्ग में आने वाली 57 अन्य जातियों के लोग अब भी आरक्षण के लाभ से वंचित हैं। इससे भी ज्यादा गहरी खाई पिछड़े वर्ग की आरक्षण सूची में है। पिछड़े वर्ग में 79 जातियां हैं लेकिन 11 जातियों में ही आरक्षण का ज्यादातर हिस्सा बंटा पड़ा है। पिछड़े वर्ग में आरक्षण का सर्वाधिक लाभ जाट बिरादरी को मिला है जो अपनी आबादी के अनुपात में 190 प्रतिशत सरकारी नौकरियों पर काबिज हैं। इसी प्रकार अहीर,यादव, यदुवंशीय, ग्वाला वर्ग के 178, कुर्मी, चनऊ, पटेल, पटनवार, कुर्मी-मल्ल, कुर्मी सैंथवार 167 प्रतिशत, हज्जाम-नाई, सलमानी-सविता-श्रीवास 97 प्रतिशत, काछी-कुशवाहा, शाक्य 91 प्रतिशत, लोध-लोधी-लोट-लोधी राजपूत, गड़ेरिया-पाल व बघेल 85-85 प्रतिशत और कहार-कश्यप 80 प्रतिशत हैं। इसके अलावा बढ़ई,शैफी, विश्वकर्मा, पांचाल, रमगढ़िया, जांगिड़, धीमान, मुराव या मुराई, मौर्य, कुम्हार-प्रजापति आदि जातियां भी अपनी जनसंख्या के आधार पर ज्यादा पदों पर काबिज हैं। इस प्रकार पिछड़े वर्ग की 68 जातियां आरक्षण के लाभ से वंचित हैं

हाईकोर्ट के निर्णय का होगा विधिक परीक्षण लखनऊ (एसएनबी)। सिपाही सीधी भर्ती में आरक्षण को लेकर दिये गये हाईकोर्ट के फैसले का गृह विभाग विधिक परीक्षण करायेगा। सचिव गृह कमल सक्सेना ने बताया कि अभी तक गृह विभाग को आदेश की प्रति प्राप्त नहीं हुई है।

लखनऊ (ब्यूरो)। इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने भले ही पिछड़े वर्ग की उन जातियों को आरक्षण देने पर रोक लगा दी हो, जिनकी संख्या नौकरियों में पहले ही अधिक है, पर राज्य सरकार पुलिस भर्ती प्रक्रिया को रोकने की पक्षधर नहीं है। आदेशों पर किसी तरह का अमल होने से पहले आदेश का बारीकी से परीक्षण किया जाएगा।

सुुमित शुक्ला व चार अन्य की याचिका पर इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायमूर्ति सुधीर अग्रवाल ने बृहस्पतिवार को आदेश जारी किए थे।
शुक्रवार को गृह सचिव कमल सक्सेना ने हाईकोर्ट के आदेश के संबंध में कहा कि अभी अदालत के आदेश की प्रति हासिल नहीं हुई है। आदेश मिलने के बाद उस पर विधिक परामर्श हासिल कर कोई कदम उठाया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि जितनी जानकारी सामने आई है, उस लिहाज से भर्ती प्रक्रिया रोकने को लेकर अदालत ने कोई बात नहीं की है। अदालत के इस आदेश का सीधा प्रभाव पुलिस महकमे में हो रही भर्तियों पर पड़ रहा है। पुलिस विभाग में सिपाही के 35,000 पदों पर भर्ती होनी है। इन पदों में से 20,806 पद एससी, एसटी और पिछड़ा वर्ग के लिए आरक्षित हैं। मामले में दर्ज याचिका में कहा गया था कि राज्य की सेवाओं में पिछड़े वर्ग की तमाम जातियों का प्रतिनिधित्व काफी अधिक हो गया है। लिहाजा उन्हें आरक्षण का लाभ जारी रखना असंवैधानिक है।

Petitioner's contention is that selection has to be made on the basis of quality point marks but in online proforma prescribed, there is no column for division, there is column for percentage only.

Sri Ajay Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 2 and 4 states that there is no ambiguity on petitioner's division and percentage and it will be considered at the time of counselling to which learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will be contrary to the rules. Advertisement has to be in consonance with the rules.

Since Sri Ajay Kumar, Advocate has not been able to clarify this position, put up this case on Monday i.e. 23.09.2013. On next date, he will inform the Court by means of written instruction with regard to the position of online application.

Heard learned counsel for petitoner, Sri Ajay Kumar for Basic Shiksha Parishad and Sri Prashant Jaiswal for State.

In pursuance of an advertisement dated 29.8.2013, petitioner has tried to apply for the post of Assistant Teacher in Upper Primary School for Science/Math Classes but due to illegal impugned guidelines (Annexure No.1), petitioner could not fill his form. Para 4 of the form is not in consonance with the Government Order dated 23.8.2013. Government Order does not make any specific mention of B.Sc. BAMS, BHMS and BUMS subjects and the impugned guidelines have introduced a new criteria. BCA has been included but there is no mention of BBA while both have Maths as one subject.

Contention is that Parishad has changed the criterion contrary to government order. It cannot add or subtract what is provided in Government Order.

Sri Ajay Kumar could not justify the change of criterion. In these circumstances, authentic version must come.

Secretary, Basic Shiksha Parishad-IV, Allahabad will file personal affidavt and will also appear in this Court on 25.9.2013.

List on 25.9.2013 for further hearing.
