लखनऊ कोर्ट महिलाओं को जे आर टी + पी आर टी काउंसलिंग की अनुमति, इलाहबाद हाई कोर्ट में अनुमति नहीं
Both JRT + PRT Counseling Order, इलाहबाद हाई कोर्ट में महिलाओं की काउंसलिंग बीत जाने के कारण , महिलाओं को जे आर टी + पी आर टी दोनों काउंसलिंग की अनुमति नहीं मिली ,
लेकिन लखनऊ कोर्ट के आदेश में महिलाओं को भी पी आर टी काउंसलिंग की अनुमति मिली है ,
लगता है की याचियों के वकील इस मामले में कमजोर पड़े , और उन्होंने तीसरी काउंसलिंग / विशेष काउंसलिंग आदि के बारे में शायद याची का पक्ष ठीक से नहीं रखा
क्यूंकि ऐसा नहीं है की दुसरी काउंसलिंग में सारी सीट्स भर जाएंगी और सामान्यत इसके बाद तीसरी काउंसलिंग बची हुई सीट के लिए होती या छूटे हुए लोगों के लिए कोई विशेष काउंसलिंग भी हो सकती थी

The selection of the petitioners, if any, shall abide the result of the writ petition.
This order shall be communicated to the District Basic Education Officers concerned today itself by their respective Standing Counsels without waiting for a certified copy of this order.

The petitioners have preferred this writ petition for a direction upon the respondents to permit them to appear in the counselling being conducted for the recruitment of Assistant Teachers (Mathematics & Science) in Senior Basic Schools and Trainee Teachers (Prashikshu Shikshak) in Primary Schools run by the U.P. Board of Basic Education.
Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners want to participate in the counselling at Mainpuri, Ghazipur, Allahabad, Ambedkar Nagar, Farrukhabad, Mathura, Jalaun and Chandauli. He has placed reliance on an order dated 19.09.2014 passed in Writ-A No. 48111 of 2014 (Mayank Yadav and 6 others v. State of U.P. & 7 others), wherein this Court has issued direction to the respondents to allow the petitioners therein to participate in the counselling for trainee teachers on the basis of their duly attested educational testimonials.
Learned Standing Counsel states that counselling in respect of female category is over. Therefore, no interim order can be passed at this stage in respect of petitioner nos. 1, 3, 5, 6 and 7, who are female candidates. �
Sri Deo Dayal, Sri S.K. Varma, Sri R.B. Pradhan, Sri A.K. Yadav, Sri K.K. Chand and Sri R.P. Singh, learned Counsel appearing for the respective District Basic Education Officers, have not disputed the said fact.
Accordingly, a direction is issued upon the respondent nos. 5 to 12 to allow the petitioner nos. 2, 4 and 8 to participate in the current counselling without insisting to submit their original testimonials. The petitioner nos. 2, 4 and 8 are permitted to submit their attested educational testimonials. Their selection shall abide by the result of the writ petition.
Reply be filed by all the respondents within six weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter.

This interim order will be applicable only in respect of petitioner nos. 2, 4 and 8.
