सैकड़ों की संख्या में जे आर टी + पी आर टी दोनों  में  काउंसलिंग के याचियों को हाई कोर्ट ने अनुमति दी

आज सैकड़ों की संख्या में जे आर टी + पी आर टी दोनों  काउंसलिंग के लिए याची कोर्ट पहुंचे ।

और लोगों ने बड़ी संख्या में आपस में मिल कर चंदा एकत्र कर अदालत में याचिका पेश कर दोनों  जे आर टी + पी आर टी की काउंसलिंग की अनुमति ले ली
 जज साहब सारे दिन ऐसे मामलों में बिजी रहे और तमाम लोगों का आज नंबर नहीं आया ,
और उनका नंबर कल आएगा । इस तरह से कल भी बड़ी संख्या में तमाम लोगों को  जे आर टी + पी आर टी  की काउंसलिंग की अनुमति मिलने वाली है


ऐसे तमाम केस हैं , एक ग्रुप ने 133 लोगों के साथ मिल कर जे आर टी + पी आर टी दोनों  की काउंसलिंग की अनुमति ले ली :-

अभी बहुत से जे आर टी काउंसलिंग करा चुके आवेदकों ने टेट मार्क्स काम होने के कारण  पी आर टी काउंसलिंग की तरफ रुख नहीं किया है ,
लेकिन जे आर टी व पी आर टी काउंसलिंग के आगामी चरण बढ़ने व जे आर टी  में नियुक्ति पर स्टे बकरार रहने पर पर बहुत से लोग कोर्ट का
रुख कर सकते हैं

Learned Counsel for the petitioners has made a request that the matter is urgent as the counselling is going on and in case the matter is not taken up, the petitioners shall suffer irreversible loss to their job prospect.
With the consent of learned Counsel appearing for the parties, the matter is taken on the Board.
The petitioners have preferred this writ petition for a direction upon the respondents to permit them to appear in the counselling being conducted for the recruitment of Assistant Teachers (Mathematics & Science) in Senior Basic Schools and Trainee Teachers (Prashikshu Shikshak) in Primary Schools run by the U.P. Board of Basic Education.
Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners want to participate in the counselling. He has placed reliance on an order dated 19.09.2014 passed in Writ-A No. 48111 of 2014 (Mayank Yadav and 6 others v. State of U.P. & 7 others), wherein this Court has issued a direction to the respondents to allow the petitioners therein to participate in the counselling for trainee teachers on the basis of their duly attested educational testimonials.�
Learned Counsel for the respondent nos. 5 to 25 have not disputed the said fact.�
Accordingly, a direction is issued upon the respondent nos. 5 to 25 to allow the petitioners to participate in the current counselling without insisting to submit their original testimonials. The petitioners are permitted to submit their attested educational testimonials. Their selection shall abide by the result of the writ petition.�
Reply be filed by all the respondents within six weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any may be filed within a week thereafter.
