On the request of learned Standing Counsel a week's time is allowed to file counter affidavit. It has been informed that no select list, after amended rule, has been prepared by the Government. It is made clear that if counter affidavit has not been� filed in the aforesaid period the applicant for interim relief shall be disposed of.

A week time is granted to file counter affidavit i.e by 8th Oct counter affidavit is required to file in court.
And if it not comes them interim relief shall be granted to applicant.
Any better interpretation is welcome through comments.
Interim relief can be stay in new selection process etc.
Tet mein ke marks ka kuch to weightage milna chahiye kyonki kewal acadmic merit ko lekar gudank system ke dwara merit banane se sabhi ko saman mauka nhi mil payega aur up mein ab to board mulyankan system bhi badal gaya hai bhala 2006 ka high school 1996 ke high school wale ki merit ka mukabla kar payega kya?
ReplyDeleteKyonki anya states mein tet ke marks ko weightage diya jarha hai jaise wb ,ap, rajasthan ,
aur panjab ; to up mein kyo nhi?
Tet ke marks ko weightage diya jana chahiye kyonki un logon ko bhi mauka mil sake jo acadmic mein achcha nhu kar paye hain lekin tet achcha perform kiya hai, kya unhe ek mauka aur nhi diya jana chahiye?
Is lye tet morcha ke sadasyon apeal karna chahunga ki is mamle mein ek janhit yachika high court mein dalein aur tet ke marks ko weightage diye jane ki wakalat kare taki sabhi ko saman ausar prapt ho sake.
