Upper Primary Teacher Recruitment UP : शिक्षकों की सीधी भर्ती का विरोध करेगा महासंघ: तिवारी

मैनपुरी: राष्ट्रीय शैक्षिक महासंघ के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष गोविंद तिवारी ने कहा कि सरकार ने उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में शिक्षकों की सीधी भर्ती का शासनादेश जारी किया है। ये शिक्षकों के हित में नहीं है। सरकार को चाहिए कि वह पहले पदोन्नति करे, बाद में भर्ती।

वह महासंघ द्वारा आयोजित संघ कार्यालय पर बैठक को संबोधित कर रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ने विज्ञान और गणित के शिक्षकों की सीधी भर्ती करने का फरमान जारी किया है, जो शिक्षकों के हित में नहीं है। सरकार ने यह आदेश वापस न लिया तो महासंघ पूरे प्रदेश में बड़ा आंदोलन करेगी। जिलाध्यक्ष दिनेश पाल सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि सरकार शिक्षकों की समस्याओं के समाधान के प्रति कतई सजग नहीं है। शिक्षकों के तमाम मामले लंबित चल रहे हैं तथा सेवानिवृत होने वाले शिक्षकों की कई देय नहीं मिल पा रहे हैं।

इस मौके पर सुभाष यादव, कमल प्रताप भदौरिया, सुरेन्द्र सिंह, रामनाथ वर्मा, नासिर अली, मनोज यादव, धर्मसिंह भदौरिया, अजय प्रताप सिंह, अभय, विजेन्द्र सिंह चौहान, सुभाष बाबू, अनुज मिश्रा, अशोक कुमार, रघुराज सिंह, उदयप्रताप सिंह यादव आदि मौजूद थे

Where will young talent go ?

Lakhs of candidates cleared TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) examination as per NCTE Guidelines to maintain Quality in Education.

And they are awaiting for their job from last two years. They are UNEMPLOYED and Needy of Job.

Why and how will they pay TET exam fee each and every time ???

If there is no job then what is the purpose of TET exam. 

Therefore teachers association should think about the future of their younger sisters and brothers and they should try to accommodate their unemployed TET pass brothers an sisters to get job first as many of them facing family problems due to UNEMPLOYMENT.

There is a provision in Govt. Service that if promotion not happens then TIME SCALE increment in salary happens which is equivalent to promotion. But Unemployed youth without job faces many kind of problems.
