UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following
                               O R D E R


           SLP(C) Nos. 1874-1902 of 2014 & 4887 of 2014


                 Leave granted.


                 Hearing expedited.
 By this interim  order,  we  direct  the  State  of  Uttar Pradesh to fill up the vacancies of Assistant  Teachers  in  the  schools pursuant to the advertisement  issued on  30.11.2011  as per the directions issued by the  Division  Bench  of  Allahabad High Court in the case of  Shiv Kumar  Pathak  &  Ors.  (Special Appeal (Defective) No. 237 of 2013)  and  connected  matters  as expeditiously as possible at any rate within 12 weeks' time from today.

 Further, the State in the letter of appointment that  will be issued to the successful candidates shall mention that  their appointment is subject to the result of the civil  appeals  that are pending before this Court.

The appointee(s) shall not claim any equities  at the time of final disposal of the civil appeals.  All actions/proceedings of the  State Government will be subject to the final result  of these civil appeals.

                 Permission to file SLPs is granted.

                 Issue notice.

  1. qabil e tareef is case ko is anjam tak lane wale sabhi sathyon ki mehnat ko tahe dil se salaam
    ab sarkar ko zid nahin karni chahiye
    SC ke order ko us taraf poora kare jis tarah use poora karna chahiye yahi waqt ka taqaaza hai

  2. Are tet par kare thik hay par 2012 me jo form bharwaya gaya tha uspar kare 2011 wale ka to sabhi pesa waps ho gaya hay uspar karne se to probelm kgadi ho jayegi kuch soche hc

SP government k leye is chunawe mahaul mai voter's ko khus karne ka ek sunehra mauka SC se mil gaya hai jisper Aachar sahinta bhe lagoo nahe hone hai bus juld se juld 72825 teacher's Ki Bharti sahe sahe kr de to ye sare log he nahe mujhe legta hai candidates k ghar walo ka bhe SP ko to vote jayega he kyo ki jo bhe hua ho gaya lekin is government ne agar nukti prakryia suru krde to iska sidha asar Chunav pr dikhega ab ye nirbhar karta hai SP govt pr ki wo SC ke order ko turant amal mai laye....or logo ko uska haq de de...Jai Hind....
