विज्ञप्ति मा॰ उच्च न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद में योजित रिट याचिका संख्या-70682/2011 सरिता शुक्ला एवं अन्य बनाम उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य व अन्य में पारित आदेश दिनांक 12 दिसम्बर, 2011 द्वारा पूर्व प्रकाशित विज्ञप्ति दिनांक 30.11.2011 में वर्णित 05 जनपदों में आवेदन किये जाने संबंधी प्रावधान‍‌ को निरस्त कर दिया गया है। मा॰ उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश के समादर में दिनांक 30 नवम्बर, 2011 एवं 01 दिसम्बर,2011 को समाचार पत्रों में प्रकाशित विज्ञप्ति को एतद्द्वारा इस सीमा तक संशोधित किया जाता है कि उत्तर प्रदेश अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा (प्राथमिक स्तर) उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थी पूर्व विज्ञापन में वर्णित प्रक्रियानुसार प्रदेश के किसी भी जनपद में आवेदन प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं। यह भी स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि जिन अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा पूर्व में एक से अधिक जनपदों में आवेदन पत्र दिया गया है, उन्हें पुनः उन जनपदों में आवेदन करने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी फिर भी यदि वे चाहते हैं तो प्रदेश के अन्य जनपदों में आवेदन प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं। शासन स्तर पर लिये गये निर्णयानुसार अब अभ्यर्थी के द्वारा किसी एक जनपद में आवेदन पत्र के साथ प्राचार्य, जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान के नाम से निर्धारित शुल्क के बैंक ड्राफ्ट को मूल रूप में संलग्न किया जाएगा तथा यदि वह प्रदेश के अन्य जनपदों में आवेदन प्रस्तुत करना चाहता है तो उसे अपने आवेदन पत्र के साथ जमा किये गये बैंक ड्राफ्ट की फोटोकॉपी जिस पर सम्बंधित अभ्यर्थी अपने हस्ताक्षर करेगा, बैंक ड्राफ्ट का ब्योरा यानि बैंक का नाम, जारी करने वाली ब्रान्च का नाम, ड्राफ्ट नम्बर एवं ड्राफ्ट का दिनांक, अपने आवेदन के साथ टंकित कराकर अपने हस्ताक्षर सहित, जिस जनपद में बैंक ड्राफ्ट प्रस्तुत किया गया है उस जनपद के आवेदन पत्र की फोटोकॉपी तथा रजिस्ट्री/स्पीडपोस्ट के रसीद की फोटोकॉपी स्वयं सत्यापित करते हुये अन्य जनपदों में आवेदन पत्र के साथ संलग्न करेगा। अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा अब केवल किसी एक जनपद के आवेदन पत्र के साथ बैंक ड्राफ्ट मूलरूप में संलग्न किया जाएगा। जिन अभ्यर्थियों ने एक से अधिक जनपदों में आवेदन करते समय एक से आधिक बैंक ड्राफ्ट जमा कर दिये हैं उनमें से केवल एक बैंक ड्राफ्ट को रोकते हुये शेष बैंक ड्राफ्ट को वापस करने के विषय में अलग से आदेश जारी किये जाएंगे।

इलाहाबाद : इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने सहायक अध्यापकों के लिए शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) परीक्षा की अनिवार्यता समाप्त करने के मामले में दाखिल स्पेशल अपील पर राज्य सरकार व अन्य से जवाब मांगा है।

यह आदेश मुख्य न्यायमूर्ति एसआर आलम व न्यायमूर्ति रणविजय की खंडपीठ ने प्रभाकर सिंह की स्पेशल अपील पर दिया है।

मालूम हो कि एकल न्यायाधीश ने टीईटी की पात्रता की अनिवार्यता को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका को खारिज कर दिया था। एकल न्यायाधीश के समक्ष बीटीसी 2004 विशिष्ट बीटीसी 2007 व 2008 व बीटीसी 2010 के अभ्यर्थी थे। टीईटी अनिवार्यता एनसीटीई के द्वारा अधिसूचना जारी करने के बाद की गई है। इसी प्रकार बीपीएड व डीपीएड अभ्यर्थियों की टीईटी में शामिल करने की मांग की याचिका को हाईकोर्ट ने खारिज कर दिया था। इस मामले में भी स्पेशल अपील दाखिल है जिस पर भी जवाब मांगा गया है।

वरिष्ठ संवाददाता, इलाहाबाद : शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) में अब एक नया पचड़ा फंस गया है। साइबर अपराधियों ने इस परीक्षा की वेबसाइट कॉपी कर ली है और परीक्षा परिणाम में संशोधन कर दिया है। यूपीटीईटी2011.कॉम पर जो अभ्यर्थी फेल हैं उन्हें यूपीटीईटी2011रिजल्ट्स.कॉम पर सफल दिखाया जा रहा है।
टीईटी डाटा से हुई इस छेड़छाड़ का पूरे रिजल्ट व शिक्षक चयन प्रक्रिया पर क्या असर होगा, यह तो समय ही बताएगा, पर इस घटना से यूपी बोर्ड के अधिकारी सकते में जरूर हैं। परिषद द्वारा अज्ञात साइबर अपराधियों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कराने की तैयारी की जा रही है। ऐसे संकेत हैं कि साइबर अपराधियों ने शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा की वेबसाइट कॉपी कर एक फर्जी वेबसाइट बना ली है। इस फर्जीवाड़े में पैसा देकर मनचाहा नंबर देने के संकेत मिल रहे हैं, हालांकि अभी इसकी आधिकारिक पुष्टि नहीं हो पा रही है। सूत्रों का कहना है कि कॉपी की गई वेबसाइट से अगर किसी के अंक बढ़ा दिए गए और वह टीईटी परीक्षा में असफल होने के बाद सफल हो भी गया तो भी वह अपने मंसूबे में सफल नहीं हो पाएगा। सहायक अध्यापक की भर्ती प्रक्रिया में काउंसिलिंग के समय वह पकड़ा जाएगा। ऐसे में वेबसाइट कॉपी कर उसके डाटा में छेड़छाड़ करने से कोई फायदा नहीं होगा।
उधर, माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद के सभापति संजय मोहन का कहना है कि मामला उनके संज्ञान में है। जल्द ही इलाहाबाद में साइबर अपराध की धाराओं में इस फर्जीबाड़े की एफआइआर दर्ज कराई जाएगी। फिलहाल इससे परीक्षा परिणाम या सहायक अध्यापकों की नियुक्ति प्रकिया में कोई अंतर नहीं आएगा। परिषद का डाटा सुरक्षित है। इसके साथ कोई छेड़छाड़ नहीं हो पाई है। मूल डाटा सीडी में है। ऐसे में किसी भी अभ्यर्थी को परेशान या भ्रमित होने की जरूरत नहीं है।
उधर, इलाहाबाद के डीआइजी प्रकाश डी का कहना है कि वेबसाइट कॉपी कर फर्जी वेबसाइट बनाने व डाटा के साथ छेड़छाड़ करने की साइबर यूनिट से जांच कराई जाएगी। जांच में जो भी दोषी पाया जाएगा, उसके खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई होगी। हालांकि अभी माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद की तरफ से कोई शिकायत नहीं की गई है।
----अनऑथराइज्ड एक्सेस
आइटी एक्ट के अंतर्गत ऐसी हरकत को अनऑथराइज्ड एक्सेस कहते हैं। इसमें आर्थिक दंड व कारावास का प्रावधान है। इसमें साइबर अपराधी का पता आसानी से लगाया जा सकता है। कॉपी की गई वेबसाइट से आइपीएड्रेस व आइपीएड्रेस से सर्वर का पता चल जाएगा। इसके बाद सर्वर से यह पता चल जाएगा कि किस कम्प्यूटर से टीईटी की वेबसाइट कॉपी की गई है व डाटा से छेड़छाड़ की गई है।

 The main contents of revised advertisement which are applicable to candidate are as follows:-
 (a) A candidate has to attached photocopies of original DD, Application form in which DD number whose photocopy u r attaching and photocopy of Speed poet/registered post postal receipt given by post office by which u have dispatch ur original DD and application form which u r attaching.
For e.g If u have dispatch ur application to DIET ALIGARH than photo copies of DD, Application form which u have sent to DIET Aligarh and postal receipt by which u have sent ur Full Application to Aligarh. ALL THREE PHOTOCOPIES is to be self attested and IS MUST with application else ur form will be rejected if any of them is missing.
(b) As per new advertisement a  self deceleration typed certificate stating that -
" I have send my Original DD No......... of dated....... for rupees 500/- issued by BANK Name.............. Branch Name............ in favour of.................. and payable at .... ............... , with application, to Principal DIET.......... vide speed post No........... dated ...........
(Name of candidate)
That declaration has to be types separately either in Hindi or English and also to be attached after candidate signature with application along with other necessary documents.
 The above procedure is to be followed in all application.
 (c) The last date of form to be reached at concerned DIET is 09 Jan 2012.
(d) The new Application format was not given is revised advertisement and also it was not told that applicant should use old form. So wait only for few days and take necessary action when board put the letter No. DE/2073-2011/2011-2012 dated 19 Dec 2011.

It may be possible that in this letter new application format may be given.
In this letter the DETAILEd CONCEPT OF SELECTION is given. All you can go through in letter and hope that BOARD will be display  the letter on board website http://www.upbasiceducation.in/.
(e) Where the candidate have already submitted the form without 3 photocopies there are chances that concerned may reject their form. So take necessary decision to whether to apply the form again or not.
(f) UP Gov. has taken up with central Government on 19 Dec 2011 to extend the time to Six month but Government is doing all effort to finesh the recruitment by 31 Jan 2011. Hope it will complete.
(g) As recruitment process already started, there are very minimum chances to cancel to recruitment.
 Hope CENTRAL GOVERNMENT WILL EXTEND THE TIME.
(h) As far as best to my knowledge and sources nobody can advise you that where your number can come as one candidate is applying in more than one place but he will get selection at one place so MERIT WILL BE Fluctuate . But Candidate with 83-95 should apply where there are more vacancies at least above 700. बदायूं। परिषदीय विद्यालय में 16 सौ सहायक अध्यापकों के लिए 16752 अभ्यर्थियों ने आवेदन किए हैं। शासनादेश के अनुसार आवेदन की तिथि 23 दिसंबर किए जाने से इतने ही आवेदन आने की संभावना डायट प्रशासन को है।
बीएड धारकों की सहायक अध्यापक के पदों पर नियुक्ति की जाएगी। इसके लिए शासन ने करीब 72 हजार रिक्तियां निकाली थीं। पहले अभ्यर्थी विज्ञापन के अनुसार पांच जिलों में ही आवेदन कर सकते थे, लेकिन अब कोर्ट के आदेश पर वह सभी जिलों में आवेदन कर सकेंगे। इसके तहत 16 दिसंबर तक डायट में 16752 आवेदन पहुंच चुके हैं। डायट प्राचार्य दिनेश नंदनी का कहना है कि अभी सभी जिलों के अभ्यर्थी आवेदन कर सकेंगे। इससे आवेदनों की संख्या दोगुनी होने की संभावना है। 23 दिसंबर तक आवेदन अब जमा होंगे। पहले यह तिथि 19 दिसंबर तक थी। मालूम हो कि यह 16 सौ पद भरने के बाद जिले के प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में शिक्षकों की कमी नहीं रहेगी। डायट प्रशासन के अनुसार शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता में भी सुधार आएगा। क्योंकि शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा पास करने वालों को क्वालिफाइड माना गया है, जो बच्चों को अच्छी शिक्षा देंगे।

गोरखपुर। जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान अपना वेबसाइट बनाएगा। डायट से जुड़ी मुंशी प्रेमचंद्र की यादों साथ ही विभागीय लेखा-जोखा भी जुटाया जा रहा है। शिक्षकों की टीम अपने प्रयास को अमली जामा पहनाने मेें लगी है। मार्च तक इसके चालू होने की संभावना है। वेबसाइट बनने के बाद गोरखपुर प्रदेश का पहला डायट होगा, जिसके पास अपना वेबसाइट होगा।
ब्लाक से लेकर डायट तक होेने वाली ट्रेनिंग, शैक्षणिक योजना, ट्रेनिंग ले रहे प्रशिक्षुओं के साथ ही शिक्षकों का ब्यौरा अब ऑनलाइन दिखेगा। अधिकारी यह प्रयोग डायट के तरफ लोगों के कम हो रहे ध्यान को खींचने के लिए कर रहे हैं। वेबसाइट निर्माण में लगे शिक्षक शैक्षणिक कैलेंडर के साथ ही डायट के पुराने इतिहास को संजोने लगे हैं, ताकि इसको इकट्ठा कर अमली जामा पहनाया जा सके। वेबसाइट निर्माण की लागत भी तय हो चुका है। इस हफ्ते न्यूज लेटर की छपाई के बाद वेबसाइट निर्माण का रास्ता शुरू होगा। शैक्षणिक सत्र मार्च 2012 में वेबसाइट के शुरू होने की उम्मीद है।
डायट प्राचार्य जेएन सिंह का कहना है कि डायट से संबंधित जानकारी गोरखपुर एनआईसी डाट इन पर होती है। छात्र-छात्राएं या अभिभावकों को अन्य छोटी जानकारी के लिए कार्यालय का चक्कर काटना पड़ता है। वेबसाइट शुरू होने के बाद जानकारी लेने के साथ ही व्यवस्था में पारदर्शिता आएगी।

शिक्षक बनने के लिए होगा कड़ा संघर्ष

झांसी। बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग के प्राइमरी स्कूलों में शिक्षक बनने के मौके को शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) में सफलता हासिल करने वाले अभ्यर्थी किसी कीमत पर गंवाना नहीं चाहते हैं, जिससे कड़ी प्रतिस्पर्धा की स्थिति पैदा हो गई है। इस बात की तस्दीक झांसी और ललितपुर डायट को प्राप्त हुए आवेदनों की संख्या बखूबी करती नजर आ रही है। स्थिति यह है कि सीटों के सापेक्ष अब तक करीब कई गुने आवेदन आ चुके हैं।
टीईटी पास करने के तुरंत बाद शासन ने अभ्यर्थियों को प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में सहायक अध्यापक बनने का मौका दे दिया है और नियुक्ति के लिए जिलों में आवेदन मांगे गए हैं। अभ्यर्थियों का चयन टीईटी में प्राप्त अंकों की मेरिट के आधार पर किया जाना है। यही वजह है कि अभ्यर्थी इस सुनहरे मौके को गंवाना नहीं चाहते हैं। लेकिन, इस चक्कर में स्पर्धा बहुत कड़ी हो गई है। हालातों का अंदाजा इसी से लगाया जा सकता है कि झांसी जिले में प्राथमिक शिक्षकों की 50 सीटों के सापेक्ष बरुआसागर स्थित जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान को अब तक लगभग एक हजार आवेदन प्राप्त हो चुके हैं। जबकि, ललितपुर की 800 सीटों के सापेक्ष तकरीबन छह हजार आवेदन प्राप्त हो चुके हैं। डायट में रोजाना भारी संख्या में आवेदन पहुंच रहे हैं। आवेदन जमा करने की तिथि बढ़ने से अभी और आवेदन आएंगे। इस वजह से चयन के लिए आवेदकों में कड़ा संघर्ष होने के आसार बन गए हैं।

नौ जनवरी तक जमा होंगे आवेदन
झांसी। डायट में आवेदन जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 19 दिसंबर निर्धारित की गई थी। लेकिन, अब इसे बढ़ाकर नौ जनवरी 2012 कर दिया गया है। डायट प्राचार्य आदर्श त्रिपाठी ने बताया कि उक्त तिथि को सांय पांच बजे तक आवेदन जमा किए जाएंगे।

डाकघर में रात को हुआ काम
झांसी। जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान में केवल स्पीड पोस्ट व रजिस्टर्ड डाक से आने वाले आवेदन पत्रों को स्वीकार किया जा रहा है, इस कारण डाकघरों में लंबी कतारें लगी रहीं हैं। सोमवार को प्रधान डाकघर में दिन भर भारी संख्या में अभ्यर्थी जमा रहे। यहां चार काउंटरों पर फार्म जमा किए गए। एक काउंटर महिलाओं के लिए अलग से खोला गया। फार्मों को जमा करने के उपरांत उनकी छंटाई का काम देर रात तक चलता रहा। प्रभारी एसपीएम एस आर यादव ने बताया कि आने वाले दिनों में आवश्यकतानुसार काउंटरों की संख्या और बढ़ाई जाएगी।

जागरण संवाददाता,इलाहाबाद: शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) के अभ्यर्थियों की मुश्किलें कम नहीं हो रही हैं। टीईटी फार्म जमा करने के लिए डाकघरों पर लंबी कतारें लग रही हैं। आरएमएस, सिविललाइंस में प्रधान डाकघर, सिटी डाकघर और कचहरी डाकघरों में काउंटरों की संख्या कम होने से सुबह से ही अभ्यर्थियों की लाइन लग रही है। आरएमएस पर इस कड़ाके की ठंड में भी अभ्यर्थी फार्म जमा करने के लिए रविवार से ही जुटे हैं। रात में भी हजारों अभ्यर्थी फार्म जमा करने के लिए ठिठुरते खड़े रहे। फार्म जमा करने को लेकर कई बार हंगामा भी हुआ। अभ्यर्थियों का आरोप है कि अलाव की भी व्यवस्था नहीं है। टीईटी फार्म भरने की आखिरी तिथि 23 दिसंबर है। पहले अधिकतम पांच जिलों में अभ्यर्थी फार्म भर सकते थे। लेकिन उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश के बाद अब वह सूबे के किसी भी जिले एवं कितने भी जिले में फार्म भर सकते हैं। अभ्यर्थियों को यह भी सुविधा है कि एक जिले में बैंक ड्राफ्ट की मूल प्रति और अन्य जिलों में फार्म के साथ उसकी छाया प्रति लगाकर भेज सकते हैं। ऐसे में एक-एक अभ्यर्थी कई फार्म भर रहे हैं। फार्म के साथ स्टैंप एवं अन्य दस्तावेज लगाने के कारण काफी समय लग रहा है। अभ्यर्थियों का कहना है कि छोटे डाकघरों में स्पीड पोस्ट की सुविधा है लेकिन सुबह 10 से अपराह्न 1 बजे के बीच बिजली न होने से वहां फार्म नहीं जमा हो रहा है। कई डाकघरों में कर्मचारियों की कमी से भी स्पीड पोस्ट नहीं हो रहा है। ऐसे में मजबूर होकर उन्हें आरएमएस, सिटी डाकघर, प्रधान डाकघर और कचेहरी डाकघर फार्म भरने के लिए जाना पड़ रहा है। अभ्यर्थियों का आरोप है कि इन डाकघरों में दो काउंटर होने से उन्हें लंबी कतारें लगानी पड़ रही है। आरएमएस में 24 घंटे रजिस्ट्री एवं स्पीड पोस्ट की सुविधा होने से सैकड़ों अभ्यर्थी (छात्र-छात्राएं) ठिठुरन भरी रात में जागकर कतारें लगाए खड़े थे। महिला अभ्यर्थियों का आरोप था कि तीन घंटे के बाद लिपिक एक घंटे की छुट्टी पर चला जाता है। दो पुरुष अभ्यर्थियों के बाद उनका फार्म जमा किया जा रहा है। उनके लिए अलग काउंटर की व्यवस्था नहीं है। कई जिलों से आए अभ्यर्थियों का आरोप था कि पैसा लेकर फार्म जमा किया जा रहा है।

इलाहाबाद। बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग में सहायक अध्यापक बनने की होड़ में शामिल अभ्यर्थियों पर जान की बन गई है। हाड़ कंपा देने वाली इस ठंड में भी सेहत की चिंता छोड़कर सैकड़ों अभ्यर्थी रविवार को देर रात तक जंक्शन स्थित आरएमएस काउंटर पर लाइन में लगे रहे। इस भीड़ में सैकड़ों महिलाएं भी शामिल रहीं जो सुबह 10 बजे से ही लाइन में लगी थीं। इसके बाद भी बारी कब तक आएगी यह कहना मुश्किल था। कुछ महिलाएं तो बच्चा लेकर भी पहुंची थीं। आरएमएस पर यह आलम शनिवार सुबह से ही है तथा फार्म जमा करने वालों का क्रम टूटा नहीं है।हाईकोर्ट के आदेश के बाद बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग ने मात्र पांच जिलों से आवेदन की पाबंदी हटा ली है तथा अभ्यर्थी सभी जगहों के लिए फार्म भर सकते हैं। चूंकि एक से अधिक जिलों के लिए भी मात्र एक बैंक ड्राफ्ट लगाना है। इसलिए अभ्यर्थियों को फीस की भी चिंता नहीं है। ऐसे में अभ्यर्थी भी कोई मौका चूकना नहीं चाहते तथा वे अधिक से अधिक जिलों से फार्म भरना चाहते हैं लेकिन इसके लिए उन्हें मात्र 23 दिसंबर तक का समय दिया गया है। यानी, अब मात्र पांच दिन शेष बचे हैं। ऐसे में फार्म पहुंचने में देरी न हो जाए इसलिए वे एक दिन भी इंतजार नहीं करना चाहते। इसलिए रविवार को डाकखाने बंद होने के कारण आरएमएस पर फार्म जमा करने वालों की लंबी कतार लगी। आलम यह रहा कि रात में 12 बजे भी सुबह से लाइन में लगे अभ्यर्थियों की बारी नहीं आई थी। कविता, वंदना आदि ने बताया कि वह एक बजे से लाइन में लगी हैं। अब भी उनकी बारी आने में दो घंटे लगने की बात कही जा रही थी। इसकी वजह से महिलाएं काफी थक गईं थी तथा वहीं अखबार आदि बिछाकर बैठ गई थीं। जबकि पूरा स्टेशन कुहरे से ढक गया था तथा ठंड से बुरा हाल था लेकिन नौकरी की जिद इन सब पर भारी थी। कुछ ने तो कंबल आदि भी घर से मंगा लिए थे। अफसरों के अनुसाद दो दिन में मात्र आरएमएस से ही 10 हजार से अधिक फार्म बुक हो चुके

अब शिक्षक भर्ती के आवेदन नौ तक -
लखनऊ, 19 दिसंबर (जाब्यू) : शिक्षकों की भर्ती के लिए आवेदन की तारीख 19 दिसंबर से बढ़ाकर नौ जनवरी कर दी गई है। इस तारीख तक अभ्यर्थी प्रदेश के सभी जिलों के लिए आवेदन कर सकेंगे। सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा अनिल संत के अनुसार अभ्यर्थी पांच सौ रुपये के एक ही ड्राफ्ट के अधार पर प्रदेश के सभी जिलों में आवेदन कर सकेंगे। मूल जिले के अलावा अन्य जिलों के लिए उन्हें बैंक ड्राफ्ट के साथ ही आवेदन पत्र की स्वत: प्रमाणित फोटोकापी लगाना अनिवार्य होगा। अभ्यर्थियों में भ्रम बरकरार: हाई कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद शैक्षिक पात्रता परीक्षा के अभ्यर्थियों को सभी जिलों में आवेदन की अनुमति मिल जाने के बावजूद उनमें शासनादेश को लेकर भ्रम की स्थिति बनी हुई है। नए आदेश में कहा गया है कि जिस जिले में बैंक ड्राफ्ट लगाया गया है, वहां किए गए आवेदन व रजिस्ट्री-स्पीड पोस्ट की फोटोकापी स्वत: प्रमाणित करके अन्य जिलों के आवेदन में भेजी जाए। हजारों अभ्यर्थी पहले ही आवेदन कर चुके हैं। ऐसे में उन्हें भय है कि कहीं उनके आवेदन निरस्त न कर दिए जाएं। अभ्यर्थियों के अनुसार टीईटी में उन्हें शुरू से ही परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ा है। पहले घंटों कतार में खड़े होकर ड्राफ्ट बनवाए, फिर उन्हें निरस्त कराकर नए ड्राफ्ट बनवाने पड़े। ड्राफ्ट का खर्च दो बार उन्हें बर्दाश्त करना पड़ा। दैनिक जागरण पहुंचे अभ्यर्थियों का कहना था कि इससे बेहतर था कि काउंसिलिंग के समय ही उनसे बैंक ड्राफ्ट लिया जाता। तब इस तरह की समस्याओं का सामना न करना पड़ता। (संशोधित परिणाम जारी)
यूपी बोर्ड ने सोमवार को टीईटी के सैकड़ों अभ्यर्थियों के संशोधित परिणाम जारी कर दिए हैं। यह परिणाम उन अभ्यर्थियों के हैं जिन्हें अनुक्रमांक मिले थे, लेकिन बोर्ड की वेबसाइट पर किसी के अंक थे तो नाम पता नहीं थे। किसी के नाम पते थे तो अंक नहीं थे। संशोधित परिणाम अभ्यर्थी डब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यू. यूपीटीईटी 2011. कॉम पर देख सकते हैं। पहले दिन आई 200 से अधिक आपत्तियां शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) के लिए सोमवार को दो सौ से अधिक अभ्यर्थियों ने माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद में आपत्तियां की। आवेदन एवं आपत्तियों के निस्तारण के लिए ग्रीवांस सेल का गठन किया गया है। एक जनवरी तक आपत्तियां ली जाएंगी और आठ जनवरी तक उसका निस्तारण किया जाएगा। उल्लेखनीय है कि उच्च न्यायालय ने 16 दिसंबर को टीईटी में अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा की गई आपत्तियों को निस्तारित करने का आदेश दिया था। बोर्ड ने उसी आदेश के मद्देनजर अभ्यर्थियों की आपत्तियों व शिकायतों का निस्तारण करने के लिए यह कदम उठाया है। इसमें अभ्यर्थियों को आवेदन पत्र में नाम, पिता का नाम, श्रेणी, क्रमांक, उत्तर पुस्तिका की सीरीज कोड एवं संख्या व परीक्षा केंद्र का नाम लिखना है।

आजमगढ़। यूपी टीईटी पास अभ्यर्थियों के प्राथमिक शिक्षक बनने के अरमानों पर डाक विभाग अभी से ग्रहण लगाने पर तुला हुआ है। प्रशिक्षु शिक्षक 2011 के चयन के लिए भेजे जा रहे आवेदन पत्र डायट प्राचार्यों के पास पहुंचने क े बजाय जिले के विकास भवन में पहुंच जा रहे हैं। डाक विभाग का यही रवैया रहा,तो यूपी टीईटी पास जिले के हजारों बेरोजगार शिक्षक बनना तो दूर प्रशिक्षु शिक्षक के चयन की लाइन में भी नजर नहीं आएंगे।
नगर के सिधारी मोहल्ला निवासी वंदना पुत्री प्रेमनाथ यादव यूपी टीईटी में 92 अंक हासिल कर प्रदेश में शिक्षक पदों पर भर्ती के लिए उम्मीद लगाए बैठी थी। पहली बार प्रशिक्षु शिक्षक 2011 चयन के लिए आवेदन पत्र की अंतिम तिथि 19 दिसंबर घोषित होने पर उसने 12 दिसंबर को पांच सौ रुपए का बैंक ड्राफ्ट कर स्पीड पोस्ट के जरिए प्राचार्य जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान जौनपुर और आजमगढ़ के डायट प्राचार्य के नाम आवेदन पत्र भेजा था। इसके अलावा गाजीपुर, जौनपुर, कुशीनगर और गोंडा जिले के लिए भी आवेदन किया था। वंदना के पिता प्रेमनाथ यादव उस समय ठगे रहे गए, जब उनकी मोबाइल पर स्थानीय विकास भवन स्थित लोकशिक्षा समिति के कार्यालय से फोन गया। फोन पर बाबू ने बताया कि उनकी बेटी वंदना का प्रशिक्षु शिक्षक पद के लिए भेजा गया आवेदन पत्र उसके कार्यालय में पड़ा है। इस पर शनिवार को प्रेमनाथ विकास भवन पहुंचे, जहां उनकी बेटी वंदना का स्पीड पोस्ट के जरिए भेजा गया आवेदन पत्र बैंक ड्राफ्ट सहित मिला। प्रेमनाथ यादव ने बताया कि उनकी बेटी की तरह दर्जनों टीईटी पास अभ्यर्थियों के आवेदन पत्र डाक विभाग की लापरवाही से जिलों के डायट प्राचार्यों के कार्यालय में जाने के बजाय विकास भवन के लोक शिक्षा समिति कार्यालय में दबे पड़े हैं।

प्राथमिक स्कूलों में प्रशिक्षु शिक्षकों की भ‌र्त्ती को मेरिट बनाने की प्रक्रिया 'कांटों के ताज' से कम नही है हालांकि फार्म से आवेदक की सूचनाएं कंप्यूटर में फीड करने का काम जोर-शोर से चल रहा है। पूरी प्रक्रिया में अधिकारी-कर्मचारी चकरघिन्नी बने हैं। डायट में 13 हजार से अधिक फार्म पहुंच चुके हैं। माना जा रहा है कि 23 दिसंबर तक फार्म की संख्या में तीन गुने तक की बढ़ोतरी हो सकती है।
प्रदेश में माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद द्वारा कराई गई टीईटी (शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा) के माध्यम से प्राथमिक स्कूलों में प्रशिक्षु शिक्षकों की भ‌र्त्ती के फार्मो का जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण में पहुंचना जारी है। जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान(डायट) पटनी में फार्मो की संख्या 13 हजार से अधिक पहुंच चुकी है।
फीडिंग का काम शुरू
डायट में पहुंचे फार्मो की फीडिंग का काम शुरू कराया जा चुका है। फार्म में आवेदक द्वारा दी गई सूचनाओं को फीड करने के लिए आधा दर्जन से अधिक कर्मचारियों को लगाया गया है इसमें आवेदक का नाम, पिता/पति का नाम, जन्मतिथि, शैक्षिक योग्यता, गृह जनपद तथा टीईटी के प्राप्तांक आदि का विवरण शामिल है। ऐसे में मेरिट तैयार कर पात्र आवेदकों की काउंसलिंग कैसे हो सकेगी? यह सवाल अभ्यर्थियों को कचोट रहा है।
निर्देशों का अनुपालन
निदेशक बेसिक शिक्षा डीसी कनौजिया द्वारा बीएसए को निर्देश दिए है कि फार्मों की फीडिंग व मेरिट बनाने के लिए डायट को मांग के अनुरूप अतिरिक्त कर्मचारी प्राथमिकता से उपलब्ध कराना सुनिश्चित करें। डायट प्राचार्य संजय उपाध्याय का का कहना है कि विभागीय निर्देशों के अनुपालन में फीडिंग का काम शुरू कराया जा चुका है।
कौन देगा सवालों के जवाब
-हाईकोर्ट के आदेश के अनुपालन में कब जारी होगा संशोधित विज्ञापन?
-डायट में भेजे जा चुके फार्म के साथ लगाए गए बैंक ड्राफ्ट की फोटोप्रति क्या नए भेजे जाने वाले फार्म के साथ मान्य होगी?

 वरिष्ठ संवाददाता, इलाहाबाद : माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद ने शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा की सभी आपत्तियां संशोधित करने की घोषणा की है। परिषद ने अभ्यर्थियों से संशोधन के लिए निर्धारित शुल्क के साथ आवेदन पत्र मांगे हैं। आवेदन के साथ संशोधन संबंधी दावे का प्रमाण संलग्न कराना आवश्यक है। आवेदन एक जनवरी 2012 के बाद नहीं स्वीकार किए जाएंगे। इस संबंध में इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने ललित मोहन सिंह बनाम उप्र व अन्य के खिलाफ दायर याचिका पर सुनवाई करने के बाद 16 दिसंबर को टीईटी में अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा की गई सभी आपत्तियों को निस्तारित करने कर आदेश दिया था। बोर्ड ने उसी आदेश के आलोक में अभ्यर्थियों की आपत्तियों व शिकायतों का निस्तारण करने के लिए यह कदम उठाया है। अभ्यर्थियों को आवेदन पत्र में अपना नाम, पिता का नाम, श्रेणी, क्रमांक, उत्तर पत्रक की सीरीज कोड एवं संख्या तथा परीक्षा केंद्र का नाम लिखना है। परिषद संशोधन के लिए आवेदन पत्र एक जनवरी सायं 5 बजे तक ही स्वीकार करेगा। आवेदन पत्र के साथ वांछित शुल्क के रूप में सचिव माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद उत्तर प्रदेश इलाहाबाद के पदनाम एवं बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा, पीडी टंडन रोड इलाहाबाद में 100 रुपये का बैंकड्रॉफ्ट या इसी बैंक के खाता संख्या 06590200000197 में नकद भी जमा किया जा सकता है। आवेदन के साथ जमा की गई धनराशि की मूल रसीद संलग्न करना अनिवार्य होगा। लिफाफे के ऊपर मोटे अक्षरों में यूपीटीईटी-2011 की आपत्तियां लिखना अनिवार्य होगा।

The Teachers Eligibility Test is a qualifying test without which a candidate would not be eligible for appointment as Assistant Teacher in Primary School in view of Regulations framed by the National Council for Teachers Education (hereinafter referred to as "NCTE") in exercise of power under Section 23 of Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (in short "Act, 2009"). 15. The general candidates securing 60% and above marks and reserved category candidates securing 55% and more marks are to be declared successful. It is per se not a competitive test. Inclusion of one shall not necessarily result in exclusion of another. If a candidate has already been declared successful on the basis of answers to respective questions in which options have now have been altered by the Board, and, on the basis of awarding of such marks he has been declared successful it would be unjust to declare him unsuccessful now if due to deduction of marks of such questions, the total marks secured by him earlier become lower than the prescribed pass marks. In my view the revised opinion of the Board in respect of such questions should not affect the result of candidates who have already been declared successful and they should remain untouched.

27. So far as questions no. 2, 3, 28 of Booklet 'B' J.L.E. And 3, 17 and 21, Series 'B' S.L.E.(A) are concerned, as argued in writ petition no. 71399 of 2011, I find that these questions are in the subject of Pedagogy. As already said, if Experts and the examining body have decided and opined a particular option to be correct, unless that option is shown to be palpably incorrect, no interference is called for in judicial review. It is the decision of Experts in the subject which must be honoured unless it is shown to be totally perverse. Hence, I find no irregularity in these questions.
28. So far as other aspects are concerned, i.e., alleged mistakes committed in assessment of copies, duplicate roll number etc., I do not find it expedient and appropriate to make any intervention at this stage, since Sri Neeraj Upadhyay, learned Standing Counsel has stated at the Bar that Board shall look into such grievances of candidates if appropriate application is submitted to the Board within a prescribed time as deemed proper by this Court, and the matter shall be examined and decided at the level of the Board.
29. In the facts and circumstances, in view of discussion made above, I dispose of these writ petitions with the following directions:
(I) Question No.121, Series 'B', J.L.E. contain all wrong options and, therefore, it shall be treated a wrong question. Consequently the marks in respect of Question no. 121, Series 'B', J.L.E. shall be allotted to all candidates who have appeared in the concerned test. This direction shall simultaneously apply to corresponding question in remaining Series namely, 'A', 'C' and 'D' in J.L.E.
(II) In respect of Question no.125, Series 'B' JLE, the candidates answering any of the options i.e., 'B' or 'C' shall be awarded marks. This direction shall simultaneously apply to corresponding question in remaining Series namely, 'A', 'C' and 'D' in J.L.E.
(III) In respect of Question No. 142, Series 'B' JLE, the candidates who have answered any of the options i.e., 'A' or 'D' shall be awarded marks. This direction shall simultaneously apply to corresponding question in remaining Series namely, 'A', 'C' and 'D' in J.L.E.
(IV) Revised opinion of the Board with respect to Questions shown in the charts in para 5 above (other than asterisk marked) shall not affect adversely the result of the candidates already declared successful merely for the reason of change of opinion of the Board vis a vis correct option.
(V) All the candidates who have attempted these questions and have answered by referring to one of the two options, namely, the one which was correct as per initial Model Key Answer or that which is now correct as per the revised opinion, the candidates in both the events shall be awarded marks and their result shall be prepared accordingly.
(VI) The Board shall publish a notice at least in four newspapers of different languages having wide circulation at the State level informing all concerned that in case any candidate has any grievance regarding UPTET Examination, 2011, about assessment etc., he may register his complaint by submitting application along with process fee of Rs. 100/- per application (by cash or by demand draft) within 15 days from the date of publication in the newspapers.
(VII) The Board shall entertain all applications of the candidates raising their grievance regarding assessment etc. and shall look into their grievance and take a decision thereon within a week from the date of receipt of such application. Such decision shall be communicated to the candidate concerned within a week thereafter either by placing information on internet or on mail address given by the candidate or by registered post.
(VIII) The candidates who are already declared successful, their result shall not be affected to their prejudice but in case in view of the directions give above regarding certain questions, if their marks are to be increased, the same shall be given due credit.
(IX) The revised result as a consequence of compliance of above directions shall be uploaded on internet and shall be given due publicity at the earliest.
(X) No costs.

अब चयन का आधार बदलना धोखा नहीं होगा |

इलाहाबाद, 17 दिसंबर (जाका) : हाई कोर्ट ने शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) के घोषित परिणाम में अभ्यर्थियों की आपत्तियों के निस्तारण का निर्देश यूपी बोर्ड को दिया है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि अभ्यर्थी मात्र 100 रुपये प्रोसेस फीस देकर शिकायत 15 दिनों में दर्ज कराएं। कोर्ट ने चार समाचार पत्रों में इसकी सूचना प्रकाशित कराने को भी कहा है। न्यायालय ने बोर्ड को आपत्तियां प्राप्त होने के एक सप्ताह के भीतर इनका निस्तारण करने का निर्देश दिया है। साथ ही निस्तारण का आदेश ई-मेल व पंजीकृत डाक द्वारा भेजने को कहा है। न्यायालय ने स्पष्ट किया कि पूर्व में सफल अभ्यर्थियों के चयन पर इसका प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा, परंतु अंक बढ़ने पर उसका लाभ अवश्य मिलेगा। यह आदेश न्यायमूर्ति सुधीर अग्रवाल ने ललित मोहन सिंह व अन्य की याचिकाओं पर दिया है। याचिका में आरोप लगाया है कि एक ही अनुक्रमांक कई अभ्यर्थियों को आवंटित है। कुछ को अनुपस्थित दिखाया गया है। उत्तर पुस्तिका जांचते समय सीरीज व अंकपत्र में तालमेल नहीं है। कोर्ट ने निर्देश दिया कि बी सीरीज के प्रश्न संख्या 125 के उत्तर में विकल्प बी व सी दोनों सही हैं, इसलिए दोनों विकल्पों पर अंक दिया जाए। बी सीरीज के प्रश्न संख्या 142 पर ए व डी विकल्प चुनने वालों को भी अंक दिए जाएं।

लखनऊ, 16 दिसंबर (जाब्यू) : बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद द्वारा संचालित प्राथमिक स्कूलों में शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति के लिए अभ्यर्थी अब मर्जी के मुताबिक जितने जिलों में चाहे आवेदन कर सकेंगे। शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति के लिए आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 23 दिसंबर होगी। नियुक्ति के लिए अभ्यर्थियों को ऐच्छिक जिलों में आवेदन करने का विकल्प तो होगा, लेकिन आवेदन शुल्क के रूप में सामान्य वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों को अब सिर्फ एक जिले में 500 रुपये और अनुसूचित जाति/जनजाति के अभ्यर्थियों को 200 रुपये का बैंक ड्राफ्ट देना होगा। शेष जिलों में आवेदन करने के लिए उन्हें आवेदन पत्र के साथ बैंक ड्राफ्ट की फोटो प्रति संलग्न करनी होगी। बेसिक शिक्षा निदेशालय ने शासन को प्रस्ताव भेज दिया है। इस प्रस्ताव को कैबिनेट से मंजूरी दिलाने की कवायद चल रही है। शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति के सिलसिले में संशोधित विज्ञप्ति शनिवार को जारी होने की संभावना है। गौरतलब है कि शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति के लिए बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद ने 30 नवंबर को प्रकाशित विज्ञप्ति में अभ्यर्थियों को पांच जिलों में आवेदन करने का विकल्प दिया गया था। सामान्य वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों को प्रत्येक जिले में आवेदन पत्र के साथ संबंधित जिले के प्राचार्य, जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान के पक्ष में देय 500 रुपये का बैंक ड्राफ्ट संलग्न करना था। वहीं अनुसूचित जाति/जनजाति के अभ्यर्थियों को हर जिले में आवेदन पत्र के साथ 200 रुपये का बैंक ड्राफ्ट देना था। हाई कोर्ट ने पांच जिलों में आवेदन के विकल्प को उप्र बेसिक शिक्षा (अध्यापक) सेवा नियमावली, 1981 की व्यवस्था के विपरीत, असंगत और अतार्किक करार देते हुए बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद के 30 नवंबर को प्रकाशित विज्ञप्ति को रद करने का आदेश दिया है। विज्ञप्ति कैबिनेट से 14 सितंबर को अनुमोदित उप्र बेसिक शिक्षा (अध्यापक) सेवा (तेरहवां संशोधन) नियमावली, 2011 पर आधारित थी जिसमें शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति के लिए अभ्यर्थियों को तीन जिलों में आवेदन करने का विकल्प दिया गया था। कोर्ट ने इस पर आपत्ति जतायी है, लिहाजा इस प्रावधान को बदलकर शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति के लिए अभ्यर्थियों को ऐच्छिक जिलों में आवेदन का विकल्प देने के लिए पुन: नियमावली में फेरबदल की तैयारी है। नए प्रस्ताव में अभ्यर्थियों को भले ही मर्जी के मुताबिक जिलों में आवेदन करने की छूट होगी, लेकिन उन्हें सिर्फ एक जिले के आवेदन पत्र के साथ ही बैंक ड्राफ्ट संलग्न करना होगा। वहीं पुरानी विज्ञप्ति के आधार पर पांच जिलों में आवेदन कर चुके अभ्यर्थियों को एक को छोड़कर शेष चार जिलों में जमा किया गया आवेदन शुल्क वापस कर दिया जाएगा।

लखनऊ : बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद द्वारा संचालित प्राथमिक स्कूलों में शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति के लिए भले ही जोरशोर से कार्यवाही चल रही हो लेकिन हकीकत यह है कि जिन जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों (डायट) के प्राचार्यों पर अध्यापकों के चयन की जिम्मेदारी है, प्रदेश के कई जिलों में उनके पद ही रिक्त हैं। डायट में स्टाफ की भी जबर्दस्त कमी है।

राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद (एनसीटीई) के दिशानिर्देश अनुसार परिषदीय प्राथमिक स्कूलों के 72,825 रिक्त पदों पर बीएड डिग्रीधारकों की नियुक्ति पहली जनवरी 2012 तक की जानी है। चयन कार्यवाही जिला स्तर पर डायट प्राचार्य की अध्यक्षता में गठित समिति द्वारा होगी। शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण के लिए मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय ने हर डायट में प्राचार्य व उप प्राचार्य के एक-एक, वरिष्ठ प्रवक्ता के छह, प्रवक्ता के 17 तथा कार्यानुभव शिक्षक, सांख्यिकीकार व तकनीकी सहायक के एक-एक पद स्वीकृत किये हैं। सूबे के कई जिले ऐसे हैं जिनमें शिक्षकों के आवंटित रिक्त पदों की संख्या तो ज्यादा हैं, लेकिन डायट प्राचार्य या उप प्राचार्य पद रिक्त है और स्टाफ कम है।

मिसाल के तौर पर सीतापुर को ही लीजिये। यहां पर 6000 शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति होनी है लेकिन डायट प्राचार्य पद रिक्त है। उप प्राचार्य 31 दिसंबर को रिटायर होने वाले हैं। डायट सीतापुर में एक वरिष्ठ प्रवक्ता, तीन प्रवक्ता और दो सहायक अध्यापक हैं। मिर्जापुर में 1650 शिक्षकों की भर्ती होनी है लेकिन डायट में प्राचार्य और उप प्राचार्य पद खाली हैं। यहां एक वरिष्ठ प्रवक्ता और चार प्रवक्ताओं के सहारे काम चलाया जा रहा है। चंदौली में शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति के लिए 1200 पद आवंटित हैं लेकिन यहां भी डायट प्राचार्य और उप प्राचार्य के पद रिक्त हैं। डायट चंदौली में दो वरिष्ठ प्रवक्ता, एक प्रवक्ता और तीन सहायक अध्यापकों के बूते काम चल रहा है। एटा में 700 शिक्षक भर्ती किये जाने हैं लेकिन यहां भी डायट प्राचार्य की कुर्सी खाली है। उप प्राचार्य, तीन प्रवक्ताओं और दो सहायक अध्यापकों के सहारे यहां का डायट किसी तरह अपने दायित्व का निर्वहन कर रहा है। कन्नौज में 400 शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति होनी है लेकिन यहां के डायट की स्थिति भी डांवाडोल है। डायट में प्राचार्य और उप प्राचार्य के पद रिक्त हैं। एक वरिष्ठ प्रवक्ता, दो प्रवक्ताओं और तीन सहायक अध्यापकों के दम पर यहां काम चलाया जा रहा है।

ऐसी विषम परिस्थिति में शिक्षकों की चयन प्रक्रिया को कहीं ब्रेक न लग जाए, इसलिए शासन ने वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था करने का आदेश जारी किया है। आदेश के तहत सीतापुर में शिक्षकों के चयन की जिम्मेदारी डायट कानपुर नगर के प्राचार्य को सौंपी है। मिर्जापुर में शिक्षक चयन की प्रक्रिया को निपटाने का दायित्व डायट फतेहपुर के प्राचार्य को दिया गया है। चंदौली में शिक्षक चयन की प्रक्रिया पूरी करने का दारोमदार डायट वाराणसी के प्राचार्य और वहां के तीन प्रवक्ताओं पर डाला गया है। एटा में शिक्षकों के चयन की जिम्मेदारी डायट आगरा की प्राचार्य और कन्नौज के लिए यह दायित्व डायट कानपुर देहात को सौंपा गया है। कांशीराम नगर में चूंकि डायट स्थापित नहीं है, इसलिए शिक्षक चयन की जिम्मेदारी आगरा डायट प्राचार्य के हवाले की गई है।

घोरावल। स्थानीय सब्जी मंडी परिसर में गुरुवार को उर्दू बीटीसी के प्रशिक्षुओं द्वारा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में प्रशिक्षुओं ने एक स्वर में प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में सहायक अध्यापक के रूप में नियुक्ति की मांग की। प्रशिक्षुओं का कहना है कि हम सभी ने उत्तर प्रदेश अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा पास की है। इसके बाद भी हमारी नियुक्ति नहीं कराई जा रही है। हमसे पांच जिलों में आवेदन कराया जा रहा है, जबकि बीटीसी वालों की नियुक्ति उसी जिले में की जाती है, जिस जिले में वे प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारा टीईटी का मेरिट न बनाया जाय, बल्कि टीईटी पास सभी प्रशिक्षुओं की नियुक्ति की जाय। हमारे ही बैच के ज्यादातर प्रशिक्षुओं को प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में नियुक्ति की जा चुकी है और हमारे साथ सौतेला व्यवहार किया जा रहा है। मुअल्लिम-ए-उर्दू जिसे सरकार बीटीसी के समकक्ष मान रही है, उनकी नियुक्ति अलग से करने की योजना बनायी जा रही है। जबकि हमें 72 हजार 825 पदों के सापेक्ष ही शामिल कर मेरिट बनाने की योजना है। जो पूरी तरह से गलत है तथा जल्दबाजी में लिया गया फैसला है।
उक्त मांगों से संबंधित ज्ञापन भी मुख्यमंत्री को फैक्स किया गया है। बैठक में प्रमोद आनंद, राजेश सिंह, अंशुमान पांडेय, हैदर खां, जमीर अहमद, अफसर, यासमीन, चौहार्या, राजेश मौर्या, इस्माइल, विनोद सिंह, सुभाष गुप्ता, राकेश पटेल,रामप्रसाद, आफताब, अमित अग्रवाल, सुभाष यादव सहित अन्य प्रशिक्षु उपस्थित रहे।

Most of the candidates/visitors believe that UPTET test should be used for selection as it is a common examination for all candidates.It is also believed that sincere candidates take exam seriously and many candidates who are living outside UP/ and many others who are not serious enough , But these candidates scored good marks in 10th,12th, Graduation, B. Ed, takes it as opportunity as it is government job.
TET exam is conducted to maintain quality in education and its validity (normally for 5 years), and in future it is also possible that this exam will again be taken who are qualified now.As per NCTE, TET exam should be conducted at least once in a year by state government and if it is not conducted then CTET ( Central Teacher Eligibility Test) should be consider for appointmet of teachers.

It is similar to UGC NET exam. UGC NET exam is used to maintain quality in teaching for higher education/degree classes.
Goverment consider in the lines of UGC NET/IIT Entrance/CSE of TET exam. And similarily Banking sector (IBPS) also going to conduct single exam for Probationary Officers / Clerks (CWE - Common Written Exam.) for selection of bank employees.

इलाहाबाद : आदर्श शिक्षक वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन के वरिष्ठ पदाधिकारियों की बैठक शुक्रवार को हुई। इसमें टीईटी परीक्षा, बढ़ती ठंड से होने वाली दिक्कत सहित शिक्षकों की अनेक समस्या पर चर्चा की गई। अध्यक्षता कर रहे प्रदेश अध्यक्ष रुद्र प्रभाकर मिश्र ने कहा कि यूपी टीईटी के आधार पर परिषदीय विद्यालयों में राज्यस्तर पर टीईटी व शैक्षिक योग्यता की संयुक्त मेरिट बनाकर एक फार्म भरवाना सर्वहित में होगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि संशोधित विज्ञापन में सभी वर्गो के 50 प्रतिशत अंक पाने वाले टीईटी उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थियों को सहायक अध्यापक पद पर चयन के लिए आधार माना जाए। इसके साथ बढ़ती ठंड को देखते हुए परिषदीय विद्यालयों का समय साढ़े दस बजे से करने की मांग की गई। संचालन डॉ. एसपी सिंह ने किया। इस दौरान नीरज बाबू मिश्र, भारत भूषण मिश्र, मयंकधर मिश्र, सुरेंद्र पांडेय, डॉ. गीता रंजन, प्रीति सेठ, डॉ. अशोक तिवारी, नागेंद्र नाथ श्रीवास्तव आदि मौजूद थे।

UPTET : UP Government  earns a lot from TET candidates

UP Basic Education Department / UP Govt. collected earned multiple times of money , see -
1. Most of candidates applied for both PRIMARY & UPPER PRIMARY LEVEL TEAACHER, it means
they paid Rs. 1000/- for exam.
2. Normally candidates applied/apply  in 5 distrcits , it mans candidates pay/paid Rs. 2500/- again.
3. If new announcement arrives in such a way that candidates can apply in any districts of UP and not restrcied to 5 districts, and if for each distrci they have to pay Rs. 500 then goverment will get a huge collection, but this is taken from UNEMPLOYED persons.

 Government earns fortune from TETALLAHABAD: The recent high court directive on the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) is likely to open several options for the aspirants as far as posting is concerned. The high court has lifted the bar of five districts which a candidate had to give while applying for the said test. Further, it has quashed the advertisement for applying in five districts only.
Since the secondary board is yet to frame new guidelines and issue a new advertisement, it is still not clear how far it will benefit the about 2.75 lakh aspirants who have cleared this year's Teachers Eligibility Test (TET).
But TET has filled the coffers of the state government, particularly the education department. Through the entire process of selection, the government has earned about Rs 190 crore in terms of fee.
The examination was held on November 13 last at 1,150 centres across the state. About 11 lakh candidates appeared in the examination. Candidates who applied for a teaching job in the primary section were required to pay Rs 500 while an additional fee of Rs 500 was charged from those who also applied in the secondary section.
As per information, nearly all the candidates applied for both the sections which means every candidate paid Rs 1,000 as fee. Since 11 lakh candidates applied, the state government earned amount when multiplied comes to a whopping Rs 110 crore.
Out of these 11 lakh candidates, 2.75 lakh were selected through the exam. They are eligible to apply for a teaching job in both the sections.
The successful candidates were asked to deposit a fee of Rs 500 for each district in which they were applying. This entailed an additional expenditure of about Rs 3000 on each candidate in the light of the fact that after calculation of exchange rate on each draft combined with the speed post charges the amount came to around Rs 600 for each district.
