UPTET : How to post application form as revised advertisement of Primary Teachers (PRT) in UP Basic Education Department

The main contents of revised advertisement which are applicable to candidate are as follows:-
(a) A candidate has to attached photocopies of original DD, Application form in which DD number whose photocopy u r attaching and photocopy of Speed poet/registered post postal receipt given by post office by which u have dispatch ur original DD and application form which u r attaching.
For e.g If u have dispatch ur application to DIET ALIGARH than photo copies of DD, Application form which u have sent to DIET Aligarh and postal receipt by which u have sent ur Full Application to Aligarh. ALL THREE PHOTOCOPIES is to be self attested and IS MUST with application else ur form will be rejected if any of them is missing.
(b) As per new advertisement a self deceleration typed certificate stating that -
" I have send my Original DD No......... of dated....... for rupees 500/- issued by BANK Name.............. Branch Name............ in favour of.................. and payable at .... ............... , with application, to Principal DIET.......... vide speed post No........... dated ...........
(Name of candidate)
That declaration has to be types separately either in Hindi or English and also to be attached after candidate signature with application along with other necessary documents.
The above procedure is to be followed in all application.
(c) The last date of form to be reached at concerned DIET is 09 Jan 2012.
(d) The new Application format was not given is revised advertisement and also it was not told that applicant should use old form. So wait only for few days and take necessary action when board put the letter No. DE/2073-2011/2011-2012 dated 19 Dec 2011.
It may be possible that in this letter new application format may be given.
In this letter the DETAILEd CONCEPT OF SELECTION is given. All you can go through in letter and hope that BOARD will be display the letter on board website http://www.upbasiceducation.in/.
(e) Where the candidate have already submitted the form without 3 photocopies there are chances that concerned may reject their form. So take necessary decision to whether to apply the form again or not.
(f) UP Gov. has taken up with central Government on 19 Dec 2011 to extend the time to Six month but Government is doing all effort to finesh the recruitment by 31 Jan 2011. Hope it will complete.
(g) As recruitment process already started, there are very minimum chances to cancel to recruitment.
Hope CENTRAL GOVERNMENT WILL EXTEND THE TIME.
(h) As far as best to my knowledge and sources nobody can advise you that where your number can come as one candidate is applying in more than one place but he will get selection at one place so MERIT WILL BE Fluctuate . But Candidate with 83-95 should apply where there are more vacancies at least above 700. (i) The new advertisement was published in HINDUSTAN Hindi Paper (LUCKNOW EDITION) but it may be in other newspapers also. However it can be seen by clicking at the following link. Some Shiksha Mitra commented on this blog that in new advertisement reservation for them not shown while it was informed in earlier advertisement (10%).
Therefore whatever your doubts , take necessary care for that. Any extra copy/additional information related to advt. you may attach as it may not cause harm. But decision is yours.

Clearly written that -
(III) Para 3 of the principal Notification shall be read as follows :
(i) Training to be undergone – A person -
(a) with B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com. with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. qualification or with
B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. with at least 45% marks and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure)Regulations issued from time to time in this regard, shall also be eligible for appointment to Class I to V upto 1st January, 2012, provided he/she undergoes, after appointment, an NCTE recognized 6-month Special programme in Elementary Education
