जांच से जुड़े एक अधिकारी ने बताया कि गड़बड़ी करने वालों में से 86 अभ्यर्थी शिक्षा विभाग के ही अधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों की संतानें हैं। उनमें से 29 अभ्यर्थी ऐसे हैं जिनके अभिभावक यूपी बोर्ड दफ्तर, क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय या निदेशालय में तैनात हैं। अधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों ने अपने पाल्यों के चयन के लिए फर्जी मार्कशीट तैयार कराई।

Sahi bat ye hai ki board me jo adhikari hai .......unake relative+friends ke friends....sabake ACD marks manmani badaye gaye hai...vo hamesa chahege ki selection tet merit per ho.....
pahale up board me marks badana koi badi bat nahi nahi hai....pahale to aur bhi badi bat nahi thi....source aur paisa hoto..

Actually rules maker are IAS, PCS, Govt. and either their children studying in CBSE Board OR making forgery , they are making merit based selection in UP.
And it is cheating with UP Board Candidates.

What will a poor UP Board candidate can do, And if he is from General category then worse can happen.
Gr8 Justice.
When Central Govt. made scaling system to select UP Board and CBSE Candidate then why UP Government lagging.  It is injustice to UP Board candidates.

You can see easily a difference between UP Board Marks and Other Board Marks.

Some years back (10-20 years ), UP Board Pass percentage was very low, And that time difference is very high between UP Board Marks and other board marks.

However I am NOT oppsing any board, but justify the stand of common examination. Additionally I felt
multistage examination can be a good option to select right candidate. As it happens Rajasthan.

Teacher Eligibility Test (TET)  for UP PRT is an aptitude examination for Primary Teachers and Not a selection of Scientists. If somebody is genius then their are many places where he/she can utilize his/her skills.
Many organizations (Railway, Bank, Defense , SSC Central Govt., CSE ) take aptitude examinations as per their requirements.

 In UP PRT Teacher Process was already decided and any change can make a longer (indefinite period as we don't know if matter goes in court then how much time it takes for decision.) time in selection.
