Question is same department made some rules , published advertisement, taking responsibility of exam (Exam was taken by UP Board ).
Are they playing with the life of people / candidates OR NOT ?

Who is wrongdoer candidate OR somebody else.
How many department person found convicted and what punishment given to them. A Big Question.
Again a TET exam, But who will give guarantee to those candidates that no cheating will happen in new exam.
