You can see easily a difference between UP Board Marks and Other Board Marks.

Some years back (10-20 years ), UP Board Pass percentage was very low, And that time difference is very high between UP Board Marks and other board marks.

However I am NOT oppsing any board, but justify the stand of common examination. Additionally I felt
multistage examination can be a good option to select right candidate. As it happens Rajasthan.

Teacher Eligibility Test (TET)  for UP PRT is an aptitude examination for Primary Teachers and Not a selection of Scientists. If somebody is genius then their are many places where he/she can utilize his/her skills.
Many organizations (Railway, Bank, Defense , SSC Central Govt., CSE ) take aptitude examinations as per their requirements.


But , In UP PRT Teacher Process was already decided and any change can make a longer (indefinite period as we don't know if matter goes in court then how much time it takes for decision.) in selection.
