Situation is really tough , Selection base is changed by UP Govt. and already stay continued in Allahabad Highcourt , Next hearing on 3rd Sept. 2012. (Matter in court is continued from a long time)
2nd problem - B Ed candidates eligibility for appointment after 1st Jan 2012 (NCTE notification) , may not be a big problem as stay was imposed by court before 1st Jan 2012, therefore after removal of stay , start of recruitment is not a big problem.
Another News - Science / Maths teacher direct recruitment in Upper PRT is good news for TET candidates as most of TET candidates who qualified Upper PRT level also qualified PRT level. Therefore chances of many TET candidates increased to get select in UP basic Education Dept. for regular jobs.
However it is a question, When will recruitment for Upper PRT starts.
