UPTET : टीईटी उत्तीर्ण में बढ़ी निराशा

आलीपुर खेड़ा: कस्बा एवं अन्य पड़ोसी गांवों के टीईटी उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थियों के हौसले पस्त होते नजर आ रहे हैं। क्योंकि सरकार के नये फरमान में मेरिट के आधार पर होगी नियुक्ति तथा टीईटी को सिर्फ रखा जायेगा पात्रता श्रेणी में।


क्षेत्र के टीईटी उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थियों के हौसले पस्त हो जा रहे हैं क्योंकि कुछ समय पहले के निर्देशानुसार टीईटी की मेरिट के अनुसार ही उत्तीर्णों का चयन होना था और कुछ अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा टीईटी में अच्छे अंक भी प्राप्त हुए। जिनको पूरा भरोसा एवं सरकार द्वारा दिये प्रथम निर्देश के तहत अभ्यर्थी अपनी नौकरी पक्की समझने लगे थे। लेकिन शासन द्वारा आये पुन: निर्देशानुसार अब इन अभ्यर्थियों की समस्याओं को बहुत बढ़ा दिया है। क्योंकि अब उन्हीं अभ्यर्थियों की नियुक्ति होगी जिनकी पिछली कक्षाओं के अंक बीएड तक जोड़े जायेंगे। उन्हीं की नियुक्ति संभव हो सकेगी। टीईटी धारकों की धड़कनें तेज हो चुकी हैं क्योंकि इनके पास सिर्फ टीईटी मेरिट एवं टीईटी में तो अच्छे अंक हैं लेकिन पिछली कक्षाओं में सम्पूर्ण मेरिट नहीं होने से इनके हौसले पर पानी फिरता नजर आने लगा है।

However still matter is not clear, and base of selection is under confusion.
Chances are for TET merit as many writs against TET already dismissed in Allahabad Highcourt.
However during that time employer (Government) is in favor of TET merit and now new Government oppose selection through TET merit, and it creates a big confusion.

I felt - Even If we change base for selection then how we can eliminate cheaters/wrong candidates, If cheating happens in exam then best way is to conduct further screening examination etc.
Additional ways can also use like - Cross checking candidates's OMR sheet with other copies. (And other special approaches.)

I am not against academic OR TET merit.

But I felt new procedure for selection should be applied in new vacancies.

However Allahabad Highcourt better know about legal possibilities and what to do for this recruitment , I pray &  hope that final decision come on 27th August 2012.
