UPTET : टीईटी परीक्षा में धांधली का आरोप लगा रही सरकार
देवरिया : टीईटी परीक्षा पर धांधली का आरोप लगाकर सरकार अभ्यर्थियों के साथ छल कर रही है। रमाबाईनगर की पुलिस रिपोर्ट और एनसीटीई की रिपोर्ट से यह स्पष्ट हो चुका है कि परीक्षा पूरी तरह से बेदाग है।
उक्त बातें भालेंदु तिवारी ने कही। वह रविवार को टाउनहाल में टीईटी संघर्ष मोर्चा की बैठक को संबोधित कर रहे थे। अनुराग मल्ल ने कहा कि कैबिनेट के 23 जुलाई के फैसले को चुनौती देते हुए दाखिल रिट संख्या-39664 व 39674 की सुनवाई 14 अगस्त को न्यायाधीश बीके शुक्ला के कोर्ट में हुई, जिसमें सरकार की काफी किरकिरी हुई।
रत्नेश त्रिपाठी ने बताया कि लखनऊ में टीईटी की मांग करने वाले सभी जिलाध्यक्षों की बैठक हो रही है, जिसमें भाग लेने प्रदेश संरक्षक गोरखनाथ सिंह व जिलाध्यक्ष चंद्र प्रकाश कुशवाहा गए हुए हैं। बैठक की अध्यक्षता अमरदेव सिंह व संचालन मनोज कुमार यादव ने किया।
इस अवसर पर हरेंद्र पुरी, पुंडरीकाक्ष शर्मा, सतीश मिश्र, गौरीशंकर पाठक, श्रीप्रकाश भारती, राजेश मणि त्रिपाठी, विकास पांडेय आदि मौजूद रहे।

I found UP Government is NOT saying Dhandhlee / Cheating,
They said - irregularities (Aniyamitta) happened in exam.
Aniyamitta ko aise bhee interpret kar sakte hain kee - Exa theek se nahin hue, kuch gadbad rahee etc. etc.

And court suggests before changing selection base, Government should consider all relevant aspects related to recruitment.

It is for the State to examine all aspects of the matter before making any amendments in the Rules, however, whatever is required to be done must be done by the next date. "
