UPTET : मेरिट के आधार पर किया जाए चयन

फतेहपुर। सूबे में टीचरों की चयन प्रक्रिया को लेकर 27 अगस्त तक हाईकोर्ट से आने वाले फैसले का टीईटी अभ्यर्थियों को बेसब्री से इंतजार है। न्यायालय से मेरिट के आधार पर चयन प्रक्रिया बहाल होने को लेकर टीईटी अभ्यर्थियाें ने रविवार को नहर कालोनी में बैठक आयोजित की। इसमें टीईटी उत्तीर्ण संघर्ष मोर्चा ने मेरिट के आधार पर चयन की मांग दोहराई।
बैठक की अध्यक्षता टीईटी उत्तीर्ण संघर्ष मोर्चा के जिलाध्यक्ष राजेंद्र चौधरी और संचालन उपाध्यक्ष अनिल निषाद ने किया। राजेंद्र चौधरी ने कहा टीचर भर्ती प्रक्रिया टीईटी की मेरिट के आधार पर होनी चाहिए, अन्यथा अभ्यर्थी सुप्रीम कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाएंगे। गौरतलब है सूबे में टीचरों की चयन प्रक्रिया को लेकर सरकार ने शैक्षिक योग्यता को आधार बनाया है और टीईटी को केवल अर्हता माना है। इस संबंध में इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट में याचिका भी विचाराधीन है। इसका फैसला 27 अगस्त को आने की पूरी उम्मीद है। सरकार और न्यायालय के निर्णय को लेकर टीईटी उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थी पशोपेश में हैं। उपाध्यक्ष अनिल निषाद ने सरकार के निर्णय की निंदा करते हुए कहा प्रदेश सरकार ने जो नया नियम बनाया है उससे पुराने छात्रों की उम्मीदें धूमिल हो जाएंगी। बैठक में मुख्य रूप से योगेश दीक्षित, राकेश सिंह, राजेश सैनी, शिवशंकर गुप्त, रामू कटियार, राजकुमार, पुनीत गुप्त और शिवभोला पाल आदि उपस्थित रहे

UP Government made it clear  that UPTET 2011 exam is not going to cancel, and to minimize  irregularity , selection  base is changed from TET to Acad. base merit.

However if something like below happened -
A candidate obtain good marks from Sampoornanand University etc. due to forgery cheating , and through cheating he passed in TET exam.

Then how can he/she eliminated from  selection.

Many candidates (even BTC pass also ) failed in TET exam, And when UP Govt. itself says there was some irregularities (may or may not be cheating, however) in exam  then such failed candidates are not objecting - Why selection from cheaters/ inappropriate candidates when exam losses its reliability due to irregularities.

It can be better , If -
Cheater should be identified and punishment should be given to them instead of giving chance in selection process.
OR 
If there is any kind of irregularity -

A screening exam can be conducted further to isolate cheaters / inappropriate candidates. And time to time performance oriented exam can be conducted to improve quality in teachers. ( TET exam conduction on similar guidelines to maintain quality in teachers)

However Government and Court knows better and they are authority to decide the matter.And we should obey & respect them.
