Petitioner before this Court seeks quashing of the advertisement dated 30th November, 2011.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that advertisement itself has been withdrawn by the State Government under� the subsequent notification published in newspaper on 2nd September, 2012.
In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition has become infructuous.
It is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous.
Interim order, if any, stands discharged.

Analysis (What I think by reading above) :
Kapil Yadav's petition is - Advt. is not published according to rules.
And court gets information (from Petitioner Counsel i.e party behalf of Kapil Yadav) from state government that - Advertisement is cancelled on 2nd Sept. 2012 therefore Kapil Yadav's petition has no meaning now.And stay also vacated (i.e. interim order ).
When petitioner admits that there is no meaning to fight more as advt. is cancelled, then why court will go ahead with this case.
If any body having better understanding then they can give light and elaborate the matter.
