Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the notification published by the State Government dated 2nd September, 2012 is proposed to be challenged by making an amendment application in the present writ petition. For the purpose, three days' time is prayed for. 
Similar request is being made in connected writ petitions also. 
Time prayed for is granted. 
Let the matter come up on 11th September, 2012 along with connected matters.

From reading above , It looks - Matter is not completely closed.
And court not said anything about rules for selection. And we hope it will be clear to candidates in next hearing (As many candidates like selection from old advertisement with a base of TET merit. And many candidates have faith on academic merit/as amended in niyamavali)
