Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh Cabinet on Monday gave its nod to amend the UP Basic Education (Teachers') Service Rules - 1981. Under the changes made, a provision of separate question paper is to be made under the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by the state government.
The new question paper will test the language skills of the candidates, who desire to teach in primary schools. To achieve this, questions based on comprehension passages and teaching methods for kids will be included in the paper apart from those on essay writing and those testing the grammatical skills of the candidates. The qualified candidates will be appointed as assistant teacher (language) in primary schools.
It was also said that those who had qualified UPTET (held in 2011) and Central TET (CTET) conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education in the past years need not to appear in the test. The said changes will be applicable in the TET - 2013

ReplyDeletekhan Bhai, calculation is very simple. If recruitment of 72+ thousand teachers is getting delayed, the salary for corresponding period may be utilised for distribution of laptops etc. LS elections are also fast approaching. Court has also been told to delay the things further. that is why hearing date intervals are kept high now.
ReplyDeleteEducation in its general sense is a form of learning in which knowledge, skills, and habits of a group of people are transferred from one generation to the next through teaching, training, research, or simply through autodidacticism. Thanks for sharing a nice information.
