List in the second week of July, 2013, on the request of learned Standing Counsel, who prays that some more time may be granted to him for filing counter affidavit. 

The interim relief application moved by the petitioners was ordered to be considered in case counter affidavit is not filed. Counter affidavit has still not been filed. 

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the rules cannot be changed during the pendency of selection and the TET, which was introduced by the earlier government was the most benefiting method adopted for selecting meritorious teachers. 

Learned Standing Counsel will reply to the aforesaid argument on the next date. However, it is expected that the vacancy in question shall not be filled up till the next date of listing.

What I think according to Judgement -

1. It is single bench judgement and read  following line -

 it is expected that the vacancy in question shall not be filled up till the next date of listing

If Double Bench  / Triple Bench Decision Arrives in favour of recruitment earlier than before July 2013 then it may be possible that Higher Bench Decision may Override on this.

2. Most of 72825 recruitment related matter was already heard in DB / TB (and also in Single Bench) of Allahabad HC and therefore

chances are final conclusion may come from higher benches.

However, Exceptions are everywhere and I am not a legal expert.
