It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been shown absent in Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (Basic Standard) Examination, 2011 (TET, in short), whereas he has appeared in the examination. The OMR Answer Sheet-2011 has been brought on record by the petitioner as Annexure '2'. It is also contended that pursuant to the judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No. 71563 of 2011, decided on 16th December, 2011, the petitioner has also filed his objection before the respondent No. 2, but nothing has been communicated to him.
Taking note of that, learned Standing Counsel is directed to take instructions in the matter.
Put up on 24th January, 2012 as fresh.
