 झांसी - बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग के स्कूलों में शिक्षक बनने के लिए जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान (डायट) में आने वाले आवेदन पत्रों की संख्या रोजाना बढ़ रही है। झांसी और ललितपुर की महज साढ़े आठ सौ सीटों के सापेक्ष अब तक पचास हजार से अधिक आवेदन प्राप्त हो चुके हैं। आने वाले दिनों में इस संख्या में व्यापक इजाफा होने की उम्मीद जताई जा रही है। प्राइमरी अध्यापक बनने के लिए पहले अभ्यर्थियों को केवल पांच जिलों में आवेदन करने की छूट दी गई थी। बाद में इसमें संशोधन कर दिया गया और अब सभी जिलों में आवेदन करने की छूट दे दी गई। वह भी केवल एक बैंक ड्राफ्ट के जरिये। इस रियायत का शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा पास अभ्यर्थी खूब लाभ उठा रहे हैं। ज्यादातर अभ्यर्थी सभी जिलों में आवेदन कर रहे हैं। खासतौर पर उन जनपदों पर फोकस है, जहां रिक्तियों की संख्या अधिक है। झांसी जिले में सहायक अध्यापकों की 50 सीटों पर आवेदन मांगे गए हैं, जिसके सापेक्ष अब तक बरुआसागर स्थित डायट को छह हजार आवेदन मिल चुके हैं। जबकि, ललितपुर में 800 सीटों पर आवेदन मांगे गए हैं। यहां डायट में पैंतालीस हजार आवेदन प्राप्त हो चुके हैं। आवेदन जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 09 जनवरी है। ऐसे में आने वाले दिनों में आवेदन पत्रों की संख्या में भारी इजाफा होने की संभावनाएं जताई जा रही हैं। बुंदेलखंड में होंगी 3400 नियुक्तियां झांसी। बुंदेलखंड क्षेत्र के बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद के प्राइमरी स्कूलों में 3,400 सहायक अध्यापकों की नियुक्ति की जानी है। इसमें से झांसी मंडल में 1250 और चित्रकूट मंडल में 2150 नियुक्तियां होनी हैं। सबसे कम झांसी जिले में 50, चित्रकूट में 250, हमीरपुर में 300, जालौन में 400, बांदा, महोबा और ललितपुर जिले में 800 - 800 पदों पर आवेदन मांगे गए हैं।

2nd Factor - Highcourt allowed UPTET qualified candidates to apply any number of districts as they wish.
So many new appication received by various DIETs of Bundelkhand region.

However same candidates who obtain good marks in Merit will be seleted everywhere.
