Petitioner submits that she appeared in the examination and writer Sumit Kumar S/o Gauri Shankar Yadav who has passed Intermediate examination in the year 2011 was with her. Petitioner submits that she was not permitted to utilise the service of writer on account of the fact that invigilator in question informed that writer should have pass intermediate in academic year 2012-13.
