UPTET : टीईटी को अर्हताकारी परीक्षा का दर्जा!

 लखनऊ : बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद के स्कूलों में शिक्षकों की भर्ती के लिए अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) की मेरिट को ही चयन का आधार बनाने के मायावती सरकार के फैसले को सपा सरकार ने बदलने का फैसला कर लिया है। राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद (एनसीटीई) की मंशा पर अमल करते हुए शासन ने टीईटी को राज्य में अर्हताकारी परीक्षा का दर्जा देने की तैयारी कर ली है। इसके लिए उप्र बेसिक शिक्षा (अध्यापक) सेवा नियमावली, 1981 में संशोधन को निरस्त कर शिक्षकों के चयन की पुरानी व्यवस्था को बहाल किया जाएगा। इस संशोधन पर कैबिनेट की मुहर लगने के बाद पिछले साल 13 नवंबर को आयोजित टीईटी को अर्हताकारी परीक्षा का दर्जा हासिल हो जाएगा। मुख्य सचिव जावेद उस्मानी की अध्यक्षता में गठित समिति की सिफारिशों को जल्द ही कैबिनेट से मंजूरी दिलाने की तैयारी है। एनसीटीई ने 11 फरवरी 2011 को राज्यों को जारी दिशानिर्देश में टीईटी को अर्हताकारी परीक्षा माना था। एनसीटीई की मंशा के अनुरूप राज्य सरकार ने भी सात सितंबर 2011 को शासनादेश जारी कर दिया था।

Selection process of teachers is going to change in UP, And it can be happen most possibly for new recruitment of teachers. May be after UPTET 2012 , such selection procedure can be taken.
And I personally felt UPTET 2011 candidates need not worried for such news as their selection process already decided by UP Government it self and in last stage.(Fee for counselling etc. paid).


Court already told - Rules of Game are set at start of Game, Not in the middle.

Recently IIT Kanpur also oppose selection through Board Exam Merit. After that UP Board 65% candidate made equivalent to 78% marks in CBSE Board for selection in IIT.

Therefore it is expected that UP Govt. also take effective measures for making selections through Acadmic marks, if it is considered for selection in future.
I felt best process for selection is - Multilevel Examination
Even Interviews should also removed from selection process. If a candidate after selection - Not performed as per requirements of organization then again written notices / examination should be conducted/served.
And after that counselling / interviews can also conduct.

Interviews can help in Unfair Practices and videography in interviews is important. Even after interview , fair selection can not be achieved because we humans are BIASED.
