Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing counsel.
Petitioner has approached this Court second time. On earlier occasion, on the direction of this Court, her representation was decided. Two marks were increased. Now result has been declared and matter in regard to Teachers Eligibility Test is over. At this belated stage, second writ petition can not be entertained.
The petition being devoid of merit is dismissed.

Aaz jo sabse jyada chinta ka sabab hai vo yah nahi ki vigyapti shanshodhit hogi ya nirast,balki vishay ye hai ki kahi selection ka Base na change kar diya jaye.ye sach hai ki niyamavali k sanshodhan ka adhikar sarkar k paas hai,par sanshodhan k prabhav ko janchne ka adhikar court k paas hai.Yadi ek baar ye vyawastha shuru ho gayi to jo candidate aayenge wo nihsandeh achhe honge. C.M. Sahab ko ab is case me apni khamoshi tod deni chahiye.

Acedemic merit ki maang karne wale dosto ko nirash hone ki jarurat nahi hai,sarkar puri tarah unke sath hai,sarkar ki maojuda policies ko dekhte huwe is baat se bhi inkar nahi kiya ja sakta ki future me UPPSC ko exam ka bojh nahi jhelna hoga,sabhi acedemic merit holders ko unke marks k aadhar pe post diya jayega. Aor jo bandhu High Merit k bavjood TET qualify nahi kar paye unhe teacher appoint karne k baad is layak bnaya jayega ki wo TET Ko bina exam diye paas kar jaye jaisa ki TGT prakran me hota aaya hai .... U.P. Government zindabad. Usmani sahab amar rahe.
