टीईटी पर शासन की सधी चाल
(UPTET : Government's Smart Move on TET Exam )
लखनऊ, 11 अप्रैल (जागरण ब्यूरो) : मुख्य सचिव जावेद उस्मानी की अध्यक्षता में गठित उच्च स्तरीय समिति ने बुधवार को अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) और उससे जुड़ी 72,825 शिक्षकों की भर्ती से संबंधित पहलुओं पर प्रारंभिक चर्चा की। मुख्य सचिव ने समिति के सदस्यों से टीईटी और शिक्षक भर्ती प्रक्रिया से जुड़े नियम कायदे और इनमें बरती गईं विसंगतियों की जानकारी हासिल की।
यह भी तय हुआ कि इस विषय पर चर्चा करने के लिए 18 अप्रैल को फिर बैठक बुलायी जाए। समिति को अपनी रिपोर्ट मुख्यमंत्री को देनी है। बैठक में मुख्य सचिव को टीईटी के संदर्भ में राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद (एनसीटीई) की अधिसूचना और प्रदेश में टीईटी के आयोजन के संदर्भ में राज्य सरकार के शासनादेशों से अवगत कराया गया। टीईटी के प्रश्नपत्र में कथित गड़बडि़यों को लेकर अभ्यर्थियों की दायर याचिकाओं और उन पर कोर्ट के निर्देश की भी उन्हें जानकारी दी गई। टीईटी के परीक्षा परिणामों में संशोधनों से भी उन्हें वाकिफ कराया गया। बैठक में मौजूद प्रमुख सचिव गृह आरएम श्रीवास्तव और पुलिस महानिदेशक एसी शर्मा ने टीईटी के परीक्षा परिणाम में की गई धांधली और तत्कालीन माध्यमिक शिक्षा निदेशक संजय मोहन और कुछ अन्य लोगों की संलिप्तता के बारे में मुख्य सचिव को बताया।
उन्होंने पुलिस विवेचना के तथ्यों से भी मुख्य सचिव को अवगत कराया। बैठक में मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि टीईटी और उससे जुड़ी शिक्षक भर्ती की प्रक्रिया के बारे में जो भी निर्णय लेना है, उसके सभी पहलुओं पर और गंभीरता से विचार कर लिया जाए।
उन्होंने यह भी जानना चाहा कि यदि परीक्षा को निरस्त करने का फैसला किया जाता है तो उसके लिए पुख्ता आधार क्या होंगे।
इस बात पर भी मंथन हुआ कि यदि नए सिरे से परीक्षा करानी पड़े तो सुधार के लिहाज से पुरानी प्रक्रिया में क्या संशोधन अपेक्षित होंगे।
इस संभावना पर भी विचार विमर्श हुआ कि यदि टीईटी को निरस्त किया जाता है तो क्या अभ्यर्थी अदालत का दरवाजा खटखटा सकते हैं। ऐसे अभ्यर्थियों की अनुमानित संख्या पर भी चर्चा हुई।
अफसरों ने इस पर भी चर्चा की कि टीईटी और शिक्षक भर्ती प्रक्रिया को निरस्त करने की स्थिति में यदि सरकार को अदालत में अपने पक्ष का बचाव करना पड़ा तो कोर्ट में उसकी दलील क्या होगी। बैठक में मुख्य सचिव के अलावा प्रमुख सचिव आरएम श्रीवास्तव, प्रमुख सचिव न्याय जेडयू खान, पुलिस महानिदेशक (डीजीपी) एसी शर्मा, सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा सुनील कुमार और सचिव माध्यमिक शिक्षा जितेंद्र कुमार भी मौजूद थे।

ReplyDeletei m not agree about to cancel the uptet exam, it can't be in favour of aspirants...
there must be punishment to that individuals who involed in the curruption. we are innocent then why we have to face the problem .. goverment should find out to that people who involed in this case and give them one of the hardest punishment ... other wise every one will go to high court to supreem court also for fair Judgment.
So,

plz look into the matter and do the need full inthe favour of UPTET Passed Aspirants asap .

Respected Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh,
ReplyDeleteCancelling TET is not the solution,it will harm the future of lack of candidates.
Government need to find out the culprits and tackle with them but don't make others the poor victims,
PLEASE GIVE A CORRECT DECISION FOR BTC 2004, AND SPECIAL BTC 2007, 2008 CANDIDATES TOO.
