इलाहाबाद : इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट में सहायक अध्यापकों की भर्ती पर लगी रोक पर सुनवाई अब 30 अपै्रल को होगी। यह मामला न्यायमूर्ति अरुण टण्डन की अदालत में चल रहा है। मालूम हो कि सहायक अध्यापकों के भर्ती के लिए जारी विज्ञापन की वैधता को चुनौती दी गयी है। कहा गया कि जारी विज्ञापन को बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद ने जारी किया है, जबकि विज्ञापन बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी को विज्ञापन जारी करना चाहिये, क्योंकि बीएसए ही नियुक्ति प्राधिकारी है। न्यायालय ने पूर्व में ही स्थगन आदेश पारित किया था, यह विज्ञापन टीईटी उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थियों के लिए थी।
