    selection should be on academic basis bcs tet is not competative exm
    and is all good academic holders,are cheater they given 100%of their capacity at deff level so prefers should be given to them

    agar good academic holder achche hai to uptet me achche mark q nhi la paaye! Sab NAKAL ki academic merit h. uptet hi chayan ka best method h. kisme kitna dam hai pata chal jata h.
